音楽堂や、八ヶ岳高原ヒュッテなど由緒ある美しい建築物を丁寧に維持管理していて素晴らしいです。サービスも行き届き皆温かい笑顔で対応していただき、良い新年を迎えることが出来ました。6歳と4歳の孫も普通のディナーでしたがほぼ完食でした。40年前にヒュッテに立ち寄り2度目でしたが変わっておらず感激でした。次回はコンサートに合わせて宿泊したいです。

地元の食材をふんだんに使ったフルコースの夕食は、どれも絶品で、特にステーキは感動的な美味しさでした。 ホテルは静かで清潔感があり、上品な雰囲気の中で心からリラックスできました。おかげさまで、ゆっくりと休息をとることができました。 チェックアウト直前にデジタルスーツケースが開かなくなるというトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの皆さまが迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくださり、大変助かりました。プロフェッショナルなご対応に心から感謝しております。 素晴らしい滞在をありがとうございました。次の機会にもぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。
