East Harwood Farm Cottage, Timberscombe - 4 personnes

Le East Harwood Farm Cottage est situé au cœur du parc national d'Exmoor, au-dessus de Timberscombe. Il a un cadre tranquille, avec une vue imprenable. Idéal pour les randonneurs et à proximité de la côte. Le chalet a 200 ans et jouxte la ferme du propriétaire, mais il est très privé.



East Harwood Farm Cottage, près de Timberscombe, est un joli cottage offrant une vue imprenable sur la campagne depuis chaque fenêtre située à l'avant de la maison. La propriété est en pierre et est attachée à un coin à la ferme des propriétaires à côté. La ferme a un point de vue unique sur la vallée, avec à peine une autre propriété en vue. Très calme et isolé.



Peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes dans deux chambres.

Salon ouvert avec table à manger.

Poêle à bois dans le salon et chauffage central.

Cuisine bien équipée avec cuisinière moderne.

Un lit king-size double et une chambre double, les deux à l'étage.

A l'étage, salle de bains familiale avec douche dans la baignoire.

Patio directement à l'extérieur avec table et chaises.

Pub local servant de la nourriture à Timberscombe (environ 1 mile).

Wifi, chauffage et premier panier de bûches inclus. Des paniers supplémentaires sont disponibles sur place pour 5 livres chacun

Un maximum de deux chiens bien élevés sont les bienvenus sur arrangement préalable et moyennant un suppl��ment de 15 livres par chien. Nous vous suggérons de garder un œil sur votre chien s'il est susceptible d'aller explorer!

Désolé: pas d'enfants de moins de 8 ans, car c'est une ferme en activité avec des étangs et du bétail. Pour se conformer à la police d'assurance du propriétaire, il n'est pas possible d'accéder à la ferme ni au jardin du propriétaire.



La propriété est abordée via un lecteur privé de 3/4 mile, qui est partagé avec les propriétaires qui habitent à côté.

Il y a un patio juste à l'extérieur du chalet (non clos) avec une table et des chaises pour prendre un verre ou profiter de la vue.

Pour des raisons d'assurance, les clients sont priés de rester dans l'allée, à partir de laquelle un certain nombre de sentiers est accessible. L'un mène aux landes et à Dunkery Beacon, tandis qu'un autre descend dans la vallée. Il existe de nombreuses options pour marcher directement de la porte.

Le village de Timberscombe se trouve à environ 1,5 km du chalet, le pub local sert de la nourriture et est adapté aux chiens et aux familles.
Nos clients nous ont dit qu'ils avaient été agréablement surpris par ce cottage et son emplacement. Lors de votre séjour, vous serez proche de Hôtel Dunkery Beacon. Ce cottage comprend des équipements et services comme une cheminée et un balcon.

This is a lovely cottage and an excellent location for exploring Exmoor. You can do some lovely walks without the need to drive but if you're not up for the big hills then a short drive takes you to the edge of the moor and lots of beautiful walks and views that are accessible for most people. The owners, Jane and Brian, are most excellent hosts and on hand whenever you need them.

Absolutely wonderful cottage and equally wonderful hosts! The cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard, but still feels very cosy and homely. The area is absolutely lovely - a bit like Cornwall without the hordes of tourists - with both tranquil and spectacular walking routes. We'll be back as 1 week was not enough to explore the beauty of Exmoor, and, if available, we'll be booking the same cottage for sure. Highly recommended!

Lovely cosy property and a warm welcome

The property was exactly as listed - perfect and cosy. The weather was unkind but this did not spoil our stay. The cottage is a great place to stay to explore Exmoor and the coastline, and then return for a warm log fire in the evening. Jane and Brian were the perfect hosts - on hand when needed for suggestions/recommendations, but unobtrusive even though are living next door. We would definitely recommend!!!
