Run away from this house! Too much to say so here are the highlights: Tje water was not potable. Even after it was serviced, if you heated up water, it turned orange. Towels used after showers were orange. Property was presented as being air conditioned however two bedrooms had no air-conditioning and the owner did not disclose this. There were cobwebs everywhere with bugs within the cobwebs.Beds were not made. The place was not cleaned prior to us coming. The floors were gritty with dirt. We had to clean areas because we had a 17 month old there. The photos do not represent the house. It is not light airy but dark and dirty. The renovation was never completed and the electrical work wasn’t finished. One bedroom had only two outlets and no outlets on 3 of the 4 walls had no outlets. On day 4 we got a portable AC unit for 1 bedroom and we had to buy extension cords to use it. On day 7, the last night there, we received a 2nd portable AC unit for the 2nd bedroom. We had to install both. HVAC technician came on day 6 and confirmed that he gave quote to owner to provide AC but the owner never had the work done. The technician came because the 1st floor AC went out! Too many other negative issues! No clean beds, Dirty couches, no potable water, house not to code, NO AC for half the house, cobwebs everywhere in the house!!! We are awaiting a decision from VRBO regarding reimbursement-we have photos to substantiate all of the above (except for the pretzels in the bed…
