Great time! Beautiful view of lake. Beautifully decorated home and lots of space to all gather and plenty of separate spaces so everyone could spread out also. Short walk to restaurants. Had a very nice stay.

Overall disappointing

We had a handful of issues during our stay. 1) front door code never worked needed to access unit through unlocked door. 2) communication with PM poor while we were on location. Code issue was responded to in 5 hours and never fixed. Other messages to PM via app where also slow to respond.3) upstairs balcony had a sign saying it was unsafe. After we departed the PM claimed it was safe and the sign was put up by HO to stop their kids from playing on it. Balcony was also missing under decking and down spouts and had no furniture. We believed it was unsafe. 4) cleaning team finished cleaning 60 minutes after 4p check in. They were nice and professional but it would have been nice to settle in on-time.Positives: Location was great and gave us a chance to fully enjoy the lake activities. Property was clean.

Great place and location

Had a great time, enjoyed the Golden Tee and the location is fantastic. Super convenient to have the slip and boat ramp on site. Unfortunately the pickleball courts were being redone so we couldn’t use them during our stay but look forward to it for the next time we come!

Great Stay

It a townhouse. Close to lake with boat slip and boat launch access. Very good stay. Nice rooms and lots of beds.Would definately stay again.Only negative (and its a big one) is that you have to haul out your own trash. Disposal is a 5 minute drive away! No trash facilities on property.

Beautiful townhome!

Booked this for my family and friends for a quick weekend trip away! The home is truly top notch gorgeous as pictured. The decor, ambiance, and furnishings are beautiful. Also all the beds are very comfortable and not those of the typical rental beds that are soft and terrible quality. The house is outfitted and stocked with nearly everything you need!!I wish we had packed some laundry detergent as k couldn’t find any. I suggest packing your own dish soap for the kitchen sink as the provided soap wasn’t great. Upon arrival the kitchen sink smelled terrible. At the sandy beach behind the house, we noticed a mustard yellow foam where the lake water met the beach. Weren’t sure there were issues with it, but decided not to touch the water at all. We also noticed that the fridge water dispenser needed a new filter, but cautiously drank the water anyway. A few of us had upset stomachs the first day and felt the common denominators have been maybe the food, drinking water or the weird yellow water by the beach. Decided to go buy some Bottled water to be safe and the last day we were all seemingly better. The Lake Anna Plaza was great and so convenient. With 2 toddlers, we found that playgrounds were a bit far away but everyone was very friendly in the area too. Overall, this was a great stay and this home was great. I suggest bringing your own water though as I’m just not sure if the drinking water was ok
? And I’m nervous about the lake water too.

Beautiful home and great location

We had a great stay at this home. Three mamas met in the middle for a relaxing weekend. The home was very spacious and we talked about coming back with our families. I’d love to come during a warmer season to take advantage of the paddle boards. The brewery right there next to the community was so fun on a beautiful fall day. Only complaint about the home, as others have said, is the trash situation. We were leaving a little after 8am and couldn’t even drop our trash at the recommended place because they open at 10. When we called we were told that was the only option otherwise we just have to keep it with us until there’s another place to drop along the way.

Great stay

The house was amazing. It is quite large and for our stay it was perfect. The basement is a great place to relax and entertain people. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. There are enough bedrooms for any size family. The lake was a great addition and I recommend using the paddle boards. The srounding neighborhood had a bunch of great places to visit.

Great lakeside end unit townhome

Overall, a great place to stay. There are two large parking spots and the unit is situated right next to the open parking spots by the tennis court. The entrance is on the side, which was makes unloading/loading slightly less convenient but the convenience of the location more than makes up for it. You can walk to the tap house or the three other restaurants that make up that shopping center. Private boat slip, small beach area. The property is very well taken care of. Well furnished living areas. The kitchen/dining area could get cramped with everyone but more than enough space to eat and have drinks. When it's time to relax or play inside, there is a third floor den and a spacious basement with large TV, sofa, air hockey table, full bath, games, and grill outside. Each floor has an outdoor space with seating. This was the perfect space for two families with room to spare. Everything was clean including the grill which I found to be a very nice touch. Also, labels on pretty much every shelf so you know where things are. While I didn't experience any issues with HOA folks, however there is no trash service. You need to haul your own. There were plenty of trash bags. Also, you need to bring your own coffee. There is a small drip machine with filters. Two minor issues compared to other places but overall, not much to complain about. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful but ............

This place was so cute and the owners did an AMAZING job of decorating and keeping it clean of course you can't beat the location. I will say the whole HOA (two of the residence are board members) literally made this trip sooooo uncomfortable!!! If this is a place you want to have fun, invite lake homeowners over, sit out on the sand (beware of the geese poop, which I raked to the side the first day) this is not the place for you. The trailer area they expect you to leave your stuff is down the road and not to mention if you have stand up ski's don't bring them. They don't allow you to bring them up near land MEANING by a far dock even!! I will say rules of letting off fireworks went on for two nights straight, and from the corner neighbors (who own there) hmmmm maybe they are the CEO's of the HOA. The price that you pay for and sooooo many rules (not to mention lol you have to drive your trash to the recycling location, about 15 minutes away) you are better renting a house, that way you can sit on the balconies and enjoy. The quiet time is 10:00 and serious they mean 10:00. The neighbors to the left of you seem very nice but BEWARE of the HOA Gang!!!

Family time

Great communication, location and property! Loved being right at the water, within walking distance of restaurants(Vito’s/taphouse), and having plenty of space to spread out indoors and be comfortable. The only thing that we thought was unusual was that we had to take all of our trash with us. No where to put it on property. Otherwise we very much enjoyed the townhouse and we would absolutely book it again!
