Huge disappointment that the bar would not adjust its hours to accommodate our after-concert desire for a nightcap and to visit with others. The hotel was full of concert-goers, who shared our frustration, and it missed a great revenue opportunity.

Showed up last night around 11:30 pm received room, took towel off towel rack and it fell off wall. Proceeded to shower and shower diverted wouldn’t work. Open door to exit bathroom the handle fell. I thought for sure someone was playing a joke. Had to move rooms and had to wake at 7 am with house keeping being terrible loud. Canceled my next 3 nights and booked elsewhere.
