While the location of this hotel was convenient for our stay in the area, it lacked the luster of a polished hotel. The room was dingy, outdated, and small. The water pressure was weak and the toilet wobbled. The complimentary breakfast was bare minimum and not on time. The whole first floor hallway smelled of cigarettes. We will defintely be looking elsewhere for future stays.

I have stayed at tgis property in the past and everything went very well. I did have a problem parking. After calling prior to my stay, I called to make sure there would be no extra charge for leaving it there for 3 days on our trip. They said all is good. When I checked in I was charged $60 for parking because I used expedia. I was not aware of this even when I called ahead to make sure all was ok? Not happy with communication.

Staff was very nice. Hotel offered shuttle service to airport. TV did not work well and toilet ran on and off the whole night. Breakfast offered different choices and was well stocked.

Stayed with family. Booked two rooms (adjoining). Facility was clean and the location was convenient since we stayed because of the mall. It is close to the highway and dining options were close too. It wasn’t noisy either, you can hear people sometimes but nothing crazy. I had requested for a crib when I booked but they forgot to give us one, I was too tired on day of check-in to deal with it so. I complained the next morning and they delivered a pack and play but didn’t set it up. They just left it there unassembled-not sure if that’s how it’s done. Staff didn’t help with bags when we got there, they pointed out where the cart is and my husband had to do it all by himself since I had to watch the kids. Breakfast was decent but if you don’t eat pork like myself, your only protein option is the cheese omelet which was manageable with lots of pepper and a little salt. I had a little concern with the fruits as there were rotten apples there the first morning and same rotten apples was still there the next morning - which means food is not inspected often enough. Bed was making sounds when you move and housekeeping does not come everyday. Since we had kids it was a lot of trash that had piled up. Overall it was ok but I don’t think I’d stay here with children in the future.

There was no sound barrier between the outside and hallways. Was kept up all night from people slamming door and arguing in hallways. Air conditioning didn’t work and was super loud. Room was too hot for comfort.
