I don’t think I’ll stay there again. The login for WiFi turned out to require passwords etc. in the end I never did get WiFi as the system said I had a preexisting password. Tried to change it and then after an hour had to give up…. Totally unnecessary and a waste of time!!

Poor Performance by Marriott

Upon checking in at motel at 3:45 pm, found that room wasn't available because it had not be cleaned. Check-in time was 3:00 pm. Manager stated she had no idea when room would be available as previous guest was an Executive Member and had requested a late check-out. Possibly 1 to 1/2 hour wait. Returned at 4:45 pm and room still not ready. Offered to put us in a different room of lesser quality. Very disappointed. Next morning discovered no hot water in shower. Cold showers are not acceptable in a motel of this status.

Promised, not delivered

Reserved on hotels.com site accessible room with roll in shower. Was given standard room, with hearing accessible, not even close. Went down to desk to get correct room, which they were out of and blamed hotels.com for not having up to date room data. Offered a gift cert to restaurant next door, which we ddclined (not appealing). Has me wondering if i can trust either hotels.com or the marrott chain to get what we asked and paid for

Hotel was clean, room was spacious. My only complaints would be that the shower knob needed to be tightened because it kept falling down and getting too hot! The pool smell was quite strong in the hallway the first couple days which is understandable when there was about of kids around! Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was dark with the blinds closed which helped with sleeping in!
