Everyone I met was extremely kind and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and didnt have a funny smell, the food was delicious, and the staff was kind. I truly enjoyed my stay and will be looking at other Embassy Suites when I travel in the future! 😊👍

Property is extremely dated. Staff is unfriendly and unwilling to go any further than is absolutely necessary to keep their job. When checking out I forgot a watch, a polo, belt, and pair of khaki shorts. I called within an hour of leaving the property (check out was 12 and I called around 1230) and informed the front desk of my predicament. He stated that he couldn't go look in the room because noone could take his place up front. I then asked if he could call house keeping and see if they could look. He said he couldn't and offered no other options except to use their online lost and found app. 2 weeks later and I was just informed they couldn't "find" my property, even though I told them exactly where it was located. I'm holding out zero hope of recovering said property. I'll never return to this hotel, and if youre considering staying, I'd make sure to lock up any and all valuables you have, as the housekeeping will take your property!
