I had high expectations for this stay, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet them. While the hotel has potential, several service and maintenance issues hindered my visit: * Service: Upon arrival, I had to wait a significant amount of time for staff to appear at the front desk. * Cleanliness: While the room looked fine at a glance, I discovered dirt and debris in corners and hidden areas while searching for a lost item. Additionally, the sink was clogged upon arrival. * Amenities: The breakfast was very basic. Having stayed at the Home2 Suites across previously, I found their breakfast variety and overall room cleanliness to be superior. Overall, it was a lackluster experience for the price point. I’ll likely return to the neighboring properties for my next trip.

The front desk staff was very professional and pleasant. The hotel is clean and modern and the room is spotless. I booked an early complimentary shuttle and they’ll even pick me up when I return. Great stay!
