The room was decent, if a bit outdated. I was there for work. I had an evening to myself that I was looking forward to chilling and watching Netflix on the tv. I even booked a room with a separate sitting area. So I didn't have to lay on the bed to watch tv. Unfortunately Netflix wasn't working on the sitting room tv. Just in the bedroom area. This is the second time I've stayed at a Fairfield and had this issue. I called down to the front desk and they were of no help. Next time I travel up to Minneapolis for work - which is often - I'll stay at a different brand of hotel.

Lobby. Always clean and fresh smelling. Constantly see staff moving around. Smiling and greeting. Free breakfast was very good. Loved the variety. If you didn’t like the hot food you could go for a bagel or toast. Loved the option of chocolate milk, you don’t see that too much. Bed, very springy, clean and comfortable. The AC unit was a BEAST which I love! Bathroom was great! Nice amenities. Toilet seat a little loose. Water pressure in the shower was ok. Room was very clean. Television was AMAZING, BUT actual tv was on a slight delay which was a little unsettling. Possibly an HDMI issue or satellite antenna issue.
