Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and allowed early check-in on a day it was a snow emergency. Very convenient to Target Center with skywalks. Breakfast was good and they actually were filling up food until scheduled end time. Price was good too. We will certainly stay here again when visiting downtown Minneapolis

I had to give a one star- and really this goes for both the hotel and Expedia. I had booked a trip to the Minnesota area for myself and the family. I understand and I agree that I booked a nonrefundable room- I never had a situation where I had to walk away from a booking. Unfortunately and unexpectedly- a family member was not feeling well with a terminal illness, and all I asked for was for the hotel to be considerate of the situation. Unfortunately, that family member did pass away only a few days later. I even offered to not take a refund but credit with the hotel itself for a future stay as I do plan to be back in Minneapolis- the hotel until today has still refused to acknowledge ANY of my messages, and refused to speak with me. So basically I’ve lost this money and got no credit for it. I’m sure they themselves have family and would have a heart. But frankly it’s clear your company does not care about other people and their family. Just to give some credit to Expedia, they tried yet to no avail with the hotel. I get that I booked non refundable room- I have never walked away from a booking and unfortunately tried my best to get it worked out. Going forward- I would hope that they would place higher considerations to such regard, as well as Expedia does allow some leeway, especially for me being a gold or platinum member yearly.

Loved the room. Loved the hotel. Perfect hotel location for attending event at Target Center…sky way…from hotel to target center to restaurant to parking. Could not have asked for anything more.

Everything about our stay was amazing. I loved that we were placed on the second floor so it was easy to take the skyway system. Only complaint is I wish the hotel compensated for parking :/

This was best hotel I’ve stayed in that wasn’t a resort. The staff was very nice and attentive. The room was big and clean for suite. This hotel has a skywalk that connects to the Target Center as well—perfect for those Timberwolves games,
