Got talked into doing the valet. Told me it would be safer than the public lot and it a heated garage. THEY NEVER PARKED MY CAR THE LAST NIGHT. I brought my keys to valet (after waiting 10 minutes for an attendant), showed my ticket amd handed over my keys. I said it was outside down the block a little and asked if they could park it. The young guy said he'd park it. Next morning, I go to get my vehicle ans they cant find it. I went down to the garage as well and it was not there. Lastly, checked outside and there it was - where I left it for the valet. They 'comped' it for me, but was it really a comp if it was never parked?

Staff at check in was not very friendly. Then we found out from another guest that the hot water was broken. It’s 9:30 pm and we still don’t know if we will have hot water for showers in the morning. Later we went down to eat and one pour woman was handling check-ins as well as the bar and restaurant. Poor woman was running all over the place. Dinner was not great. No flavor and thrown together but our host was trying. She could’ve used more support. The room was fabulous and the hotel was next to the train station so very convenient.

While the rooms were fine with lots of space and walk in showers, they never came in cleaned the whole time we were there (4 nights), and we had no hot water the last two days due to frozen pipes. They were also not on top of shoveling and clearing the snow in front of the hotel, we had to ask them to do it which was necessary for my 90 year old father-in-law.

Great place to stay however we experienced a hot water issue (as in no hot water) for 2 of the 3 days we were there AND it was my son’s wedding weekend, affecting us and as well as all of the out-of-town guests that came to the wedding.
