Room was clean, staff was friendly, and we loved the pool hours! However, the beds were so hard and uncomfortable which led us to a poor night's sleep, unfortunately.

Rooms were clean and bathroom as well. Walking distance to bus and train. I enjoyed my stay. Janice was an amazing help. She works at the front desk. The shuttle from airport was cherry on the icing. I’ll be staying here anytime I’m in Minnesota and I will always choose Hyatt regency!!

Great hotel but add $15/night for parking

Everything was fabulous. The only issue I have is charging for parking, and say a nightly rate on top of it. Looks like you are masking a room rate by doing that. So basically add $15/night to your room rate and that's actually what you are paying.

You have to pay for parking. The food at the hotel is not the best. We only tried the breakfast after that we went out it was horrible.
