The wifi does not work and has not worked for awhile. The room also smelled like the pour a bottle of cheap disinfectant. Called on room phone to complained. Let the phone ring for 6 minutes with NO ANSWER!

I did not like getting charged $101 "just in case" fee. I got reimbursed $100. Why did La Quinta have to keep my dollar. I didn't make the choice to charge that extra fee that I didn't use. Not happy about that at all! Shuttle service is nice to have but it seemed somewhat disorganized to get picked up from the airport. Took 90 minutes to get from airport to hotel and it's only a 15 minute drive. Communication calling the service and then they called the driver didn't' not lend itself to good communication or quick service. My driver Hector was exceptional especially since a guy with an ugly attitude was picked up and yelled at him several times. That guy was a jerk but Hector maintained his professional look.

THE STAFF WAS UNPLEASANT, THE LISTING WAS MISLEADING THERE WASN'T ANY WIFI SO EVERYONE HOVERED ON THE OUTSIDE IN ORDER TO GET WIFI, THE BUILDING IS FALLING APART, THE TOILET IN OUR ROOM WAS LIFTING OFF OF THE FLOOR THE SPA JACUZZI IN THE POOL AREA WAS BOARDED UP WHICH CONVENIENTLY WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE AND IT WAS AN EYE SORE TO LOOK AT IF YOU WANTED TO SWIM THE PARKING STRUCTURE HAD BROKEN LIGHTING FIXTURES JUST AS IF SOMEONE DRIVEN INTO THEM AND KNOCKED THEM OVER AND WIRES HANGING OUT OF THEM JUST EXPOSED NO ATTEMPTS TO COVER OR BLOCK THEM ALSO THE PARKING LOT GROUND FRONT AND BACK LOOK AS IF WAR HAD BEGUN, LIKE SOMEONE TOOK A JACK HAMMER TO THE CONCRETE ALL AROUND I AM COMPLETELY CONFUSED ABOUT ALL OF THIS I MEAN IS THIS PLACE IN THE BEGINNING STAGES OF CLOSING OR WHAT

Housekeeping did not enter our room for 4 full days. Our garbage piled up, our beds were never changed, and we ran out of towels and soap. The WiFi didn’t work, and our keys kept getting reset. This was a terrible experience. Stay away.

Decent budget hotel, dont expect high end

The hot tub was walled off closed. It was a big reason we chose this, so that was a disappointment. Also, they seemed to put all dogs on the same floor, because there was a loud barker on the other side of our room

Mid week check out

This hotel needs to be crumbled and built from the ground up. My room looked like it I was in the middle of repair. The tub leaked, the lamp shade had tears, the tv leaned, and the WiFi was unavailable. This hotel is perfect if you are almost out of resources but you desperately need an affordable place to stay. I left three days into my 7 day stay.
