This property need a good cleaning & more staff on to maintain - I have been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks - I booked them all together for the price - The garbages in the hall were overflowing, piles of towels in the halls, the first room had a dirty floor (tile & carpet), hallway was dirty. Second start was moderate, not great, third stay was terrible, called for airport pick up at 10:10pm arrived at hotel at 11:40. Was given several excuses as to why the van was at airport but not to terminal 2. When we arrived the room smelled of animal urine, and we were given a room on another floor. The hall was in complete disarray, the sink was clogged and the outlet was scorched - all of which I have photos to support - will never stay here again - 3 strikes in a row.

Not a good experience, will never stay again.

Rooms were very dirty, hair from other guests that stayed was everywhere, tub was dirty, walls were filthy, toilet was dirty, beds were extremely small. One of my children plugged the toilet late one evening and the hotel didn’t have a plunger to fix it so we had to move rooms at 9pm the night before we left. The pool area was disgusting and had nasty still water sitting in dips all over the pool area with nasty scum/mold in them. The floors were falling apart and peeling everywhere. The parking lot asphalt was falling apart and had potholes everywhere.

This property has declined quite a bit. It was dirty and run down. There was vomit in the hallway for all three days we were there. WiFi didn’t work on our floor. Not a good experience.

We have stayed at this hotel very frequently and it is always just an “ok” stay. Staff is hit and miss on how fast we get greeted. Sometimes it’s right away sometimes it takes a bit for someone to show up. When they do however, they are friendly. Rooms was ok. Bathroom door didn’t open unless handle was turned a certain way. Beds were comfy. Pool was open this time which was great. But hot tub was broken and blocked off with sketchy plywood and tons of caution tape. Overall, 5/10.

My son and I got into Minneapolis very late at night. Loved the convenience of the shuttle. The man at the front desk was pleasant and gave us some suggestions on food to eat at 1:00am. Breakfast in the morning was great. Typical hotel breakfast but my son loved the small waffles. Staff was friendly as we got down to breakfast just a few minutes before they closed but they still brought out more bread and fruit for us.
