We had some people staying in the room above us that had kids. The kids were running around jumping around later at night. Called the front desk twice to complain about it. Nothing was done about it!!!! This happened both nights of our stay!

The room appeared to be clean. The front desk staff was friendly. I wish you would’ve had a shampoo and conditioner in the room. I wish I didn’t have to pay for toothbrush and toothpaste.

The staff made it a good stay. The lack of a coffee pot or a hair dryer was not good. I had even made sure it had them when I searched. The beds were hard and did not have any top cushion or pillow top.

This is a great place for us to stay as I take a team to a cross country meet at St. Olaf. The rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly and kind. However this time there was a strong odor of marijuana

They were patient and kind to me. They gave me a quiet room at the end of the hall where I felt safe. They helped with a vending machine. It was no frills but it was clean, neat and they treated me well.

It was a roof over my head for a few nights. Property was dated, the halls smelled like a mixture of stale cigarette smoke, marijuana and wet dog. There was a kid across the hall that was screaming all night on the last night of my stay

Management has not been the friendliest to work with as we have been staying here for quite some time. Feel like we are being judged and pretty sure it’s most likely harassment as others are not treated the way we are treated. Will be addressing these matters with corporate very soon.

I want to start this by saying that Susan, the property manager, is a very nice and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the area here does not feel safe at all. There was a very loud domestic dispute in the parking lot, lots of partying, and the hallway absolutely reeks of marijuana. The room condition was less than stellar, and the beds are a step above camping. Definitely not family friendly, and no amminities save a bar of soap provided.
