When me and my pregnant wife showed up we found out that the front desk guy gave our room away to a guy who’s name sounds like mine without checking the person’s id (it wasn’t even close smh) I went from picking a amazing view on the 18th floor to a normal room on the 14th .. I pick the room weeks before and it wasn’t taken seriously tbh .. I was told they’d just move me (really upset my lady at the time) made me pay another $100 in case of any damage ( which they made sure to make that charge with an ID) — now I’m getting this guys bill sent to my email for the MY room. I’m sure I’ll have to call and get this changed. I wasn’t giving anything as far as a refund or price drop for this happening. Really ruined my stay for the most part because I chose my room for the view of the city and it was like a joke of a view for the same price. I wished there was someone to email or contact me about this issue, if so I’d love to share my story

I stayed at this hotel for the first time celebrating my birthday . My friend was taking pictures of me as we waited for our uber to pick us up , when I was asked to leave the hotel for taking pictures! We told them we were staying there and what room we were in . He went to the desk and came back over asking for my key to my room . These were not professional pictures. I will never stay there again .
