Love the separate bedroom from the living/kitchen area. It’s so handy to have a washer and dryer in the room. Staff is extremely helpful and the manager did some moving things around to accommodate a couple extra nights and not having to move rooms. I LOVE this place.

Needs to do better

While the stay was nice, it was not very quiet. The neighbors directly above me were very loud at all times of the evening. Sounded like they were wrestling. The place was not clean, except the bathrooms. I went and bought my own bleach wipes to wipe down table and chairs. The stains on the couch were so bad, we didnt even sit on it. And there aas a very horroble smell in the hallway. When i called down to ask about the fitness center, the lady was very short with me. She said its in the other building. Gave me no floor number, which way to go when i walked in. Just lacking customer service.

Comfortable, quiet, nothing remarkable.

Very quiet and comfortable room. The manager was extremely helpful; other front desk staff was so-so. Great place to stay with our pup although he did get charged at in the lobby by a reactive dog whose owner dropped the leash. That was unfortunate. All things considered, we would consider staying here again for our next MN visit. Overall the experience met our needs just didn’t exceed them.
