We absolutely loved the house and the property! The property has everything you need- beach, pools, restaurants, shops, golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts!! And the home is beautiful, clean,and spacious- and the garage is packed with everything you need- bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, and 2 golf carts! You literally never have to leave the property!!!! Loved it!

Family Vacation

This property is great! The house was very clean. The location is across from pool, which is nice on those Red flag days when you cant get in the ocean. All the beach stuff in the garage was super helpful also. Chairs, wagon, floats, sand buckets, and more. Will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely Home

The house is lovely. It was great to have 2 golf carts. Communication with Chris was great and he was very responsive. My only complaint is there should be more bath towels in each bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room Thanks for a lovely time

Amazing place

This place is amazing, so much to do there!! Kids had a great time going to the wharf every evening!! The house is amazing as well! Lot of space in there! Loved having the bikes and golf carts!! Thank you - we will definitely be going back next year!!

Beautiful home

Our stay was wonderful, the home is so well stocked and had everything we needed. The only negative was the Wi-Fi was not working very well and the cable went out on the TV first day and we never got it back, but we looked at as a good thing we all just enjoyed being unplugged. All and all it is a beautiful home. Thank You

Great property for a family

We recently stayed at this property with my whole family 6 adults and 4 kids. The house accommodated us well. The golf cars made it easy to get around the property and enjoy all the amenities. The pool across the street was very convenient. The Wharf was close by and had a lot of fun activities, and it was easy to drive the golf cars over to. The kitchen was very well stocked with really anything you might need. Highly recommend this property, as well as the owners, they were very responsive and kind

Peaceful Spring Break Gem

My family and I escaped the Iowa weather for gorgeous Sandestin. The home and community (Baytown) far exceeded our expectations. The home is gorgeous, tastefully decorated, and amply supplied with everything you could need. It is nested on a quiet golf course setting where I enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee in the mornings. The golf carts were perfect for our trips back and forth from the beach. The Village at Baytown Wharf was a perfect spot for dining, entertainment, and shopping. We will definitely be back. Wonderful stay with our family for Christmas break. Everything you need for games,, beach & pool

Nice chef’s kitchen with large pantry and dining table. Every bedroom had connecting full baths. Kids loved the golf cart rides. We will definitely rent again. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas break.

A beautiful stay!

This home is absolutely beautiful and elegant. The kitchen is open with plenty of space for everyone and everything we needed to cook was provided. We had our family and my son’s grandparents with us and there was plenty of room for all. The two golf carts provided absolutely added to the fun. We quickly realized that golf carts are the best way to get around Sandestin. The house is a 5 minute golf cart ride to Baywarfe with shops and bars and restaurants. There is plenty to do there with all ages. There are multiple pools, including one directly across the street, within 10 steps of the house! It’s a bit of a haul to the beach though. It is about a ten-15 minute golf cart ride. We ended up driving to the beach instead of taking the golf carts. It was easier for us to lug all of the beach gear. The home provides EVERYTHING you need for the beach. There are beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, towels and even a beach cart. A few super small things: a dresser drawer was missing from the master bedroom. We needed a new golf cart charger while there (owner did bring one over during our stay) We noticed that only the master bedroom has a dresser. Even thought the closets are huge, there weren’t places to put folded clothes. Other than that this house is perfect and clean and we would love to come back!

Wonderful visit! This house has it all!!

Fantastic location...a short golf cart ride to the beach, restaurants, The Village at Baytowne Wharf, shopping and one of pools is just across the street! My entire family adored the house. It has everything you need and having 3 daughters, we really appreciated having a bathroom for every bedroom. Hair dryers and even beach towels were there to use which was great in case you didn't bring your own. The beds were comfortable, plenty of additional pillows and blankets available as well. The property owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with, would stay again!

Great house at a great resort

This is an amazing house at an amazing resort. The house comes with everything you could need and is in a great location. My kids loved taking the golf cart to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. The garage is full of toys and beach gear. Property owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Great place in San Destin. Would recommend! Wonderful property. 5 star!

The house was great! Perfect and exactly as described! Two golf carts are so convenient to give the family flexibility around different activities. The house has some great upgrades. The master steam shower is something you must try. A real spa like experience. The grill is perfect! Brand new and makes cooking in for the whole family a breeze. House is very close to the neighborhood pool. We used the “other” pool which is heated! Was perfect for small kids with the shallow water and beach entry. Kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen is AMAZINGLY stocked with supplies and upgrades. Full sized washer and dryer. The A/C in the house is ice cold. Really nothing negative we could think of during our stay. Give this place a try! Perfect location to all things San Destin. Publix and Starbucks a short golf cart ride away! The Village at Baytown Wharf is a 2 minute ride on the golf cart! A+ all in all. 5 star Florida vacation stay!

Clean home with 2 golf carts and a great golf course view

The home was clean, a good size for a family and a spectacular view of the golf course. Having 2 golf carts was very helpful and a great means of transportation around the resort. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for feeding a family. We would rent this home again!

Generally, A Pretty Good Rental

We really liked the property. It accommodated is very well. There were two matters, however, that we believe can be easily addressed that would result in the property being perfect. (1) The covers on the sofas need to be cleaned more regularly. The minute I walked into the house, I could tell dogs had been on the sofas, even though we thought the house had a “no pets” rule. A general washing of the cover probably could have taken care of that. (2) The house probably needs a regular exterminator service. We saw roaches upstairs a few times. Other than those, the house was great and we had a great time.

Villa Largo

Great location with awesome activities for all ages. Clean property and feat house layout. The mattresses were some what uncomfortable and the living room furniture had heavy stains. But the kitchen and eating areas were great. The watcher and dryer made very load noises Over all we enjoyed our stay had a great time!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful, and in such a great location. The floors were a little dirty downstairs in the living area. But overall the owners were very helpful in answering all questions and were very attentive. The whole family enjoyed our stay and we look forward to the next trip!
