This 4th floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Market Street Inn sits right above The Village of Baytowne Wharf inside SanDestin Golf & Beach Resort. The views from the patio and the master bedroom overlook the hot tub and the largest of four resort pools — it's the kind of view that makes you forget to go to the beach.
The condo sleeps up to 6 guests with updated furnishings and brand new appliances throughout, including an in-unit washer and dryer. We provide dish pods, laundry pods, and extra trash bags so you can travel light.

BEDROOM & BATH
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with direct patio access and unobstructed views of the pool. Plenty of closet space for two. The ensuite bathroom has a modern vessel sink and a bathtub/shower combination.
The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with its own closet, a large dresser, and great views out the window. The guest ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower — no sharing bathrooms in this condo.
A queen sleeper sofa in the living room gives you a third sleeping area, bringing the total to 6 guests comfortably.

KITCHEN & LIVING
The open-concept kitchen and living room is bright and inviting with views of the resort pool throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking supplies and brand new stainless steel appliances. A Keurig Duo handles both ground coffee and K-Cups — bring your favorite.
The dining area seats 4 at the table with 4 more at the bar — room for all 8 seats at once if the whole group is hungry.
The living room has a 49" mounted flat-screen smart TV with access to all streaming apps — just log in with your own credentials. A large sliding glass door leads to the balcony that extends from the living room to the master bedroom with incredible pool and resort views.

ABOUT THE RESORT
The Village of Baytowne Wharf is right below you — boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and family-friendly entertainment without ever getting in your car. Seasonal festivals and events run throughout the year.
Shuttle service is included for all guests. A tram runs in 2 continuous loops, hitting each stop every 30 minutes. Two routes run to the beach and back, with the Beach Express running continuously from The Grand Sandestin to the sand during peak season.
SanDestin resort amenities include four championship golf courses, putt-putt, four resort swimming pools, a world-class tennis center with 15 courts, a full equipment center and spa, and a 113-slip marina on the bay. Waverunner rentals, bicycle rentals, kayak and boogie board rentals, parasail rides (double/triple), fitness center, and Club KZ — supervised children's activities including meals — are all available for a small fee.
