Was sent to Rm 204 had roaches ac broke and refrigerator making noise. Moved to arm 216 with the baby roaches. Asked them to spray. Later she said they wouldn’t come until morning. We left. While checking out to get refund, “Summer” was rude and didn’t even apologize for the conditions or our trouble. Never again !!!

Hard to enter and leave.parking lot. One elevator that stops. Lack of some one at front desk. Some front desk persons have no idea what to do. Lack of security doors open until 11 pm. A lot of people sitting in main opening...phone in room never worked or fixed. Only thing I liked was the carpet in hallways.

If you have children i recommend going anywhere else, The hallways and stairwell smell like someone is smoking hardcore drugs. The pool was covered with Modelo beer glasses and cans with men talking about murder and cussing 6/21/2025. Since they are construction workers they won’t make them leave since it’s there main business. We had nothing but issues with our room key the entire time. There were “sensors” that looked like mini cameras stuck to the tv’s but also the tvs worked without them which was weird but I pray to God they weren’t we just covered them. I’m not one to ever leave reviews especially a non positive one but if I can save anyone time and or money please if you can pay just alittle bit more I recommend going somewhere else. I will say the front desk was very helpful.

Initially when coming to check in the employee at the desk was in pajamas and literally limping to the counter. She seemed very sick. That’s whatever. I understand you gotta get a paycheck. She then informed me that the elevators were down. If I had been informed this I would have chose somewhere else. We were on the 4th floor with lots of luggage. When we reached the 4th floor there was a foul smell in the hallway. The room itself was nice. I was under the impression there would be a couch but there was not.

Fix the problems

First, the receptionist was very nice and informative about the elevators being out and giving me the option of finding another place before she charged me. But, it looked like a very sketchy place with people hanging all out like it was a party, the climb up the 4 flights of stairs revealed a musty smell in the stairway, the paint on the walls was old, the room was smelly and old attire. I sprayed everything down with Lysol and bleach wipes just so we felt comfortable staying the night. It was definitely not our cut of tea!

Disgusting hotel. Don’t stay here

The room was disgusting and had roaches. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Almost $200 for only one night and it felt like I stayed at a cheap motel. I demanded to be compensated for a terrible stay and all they gave me were IHG points. They showed no care for the condition of the building. The place smelled horrible. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome weekend!!

It was a good stay for me and my partner. The only issue that we encountered was our deadbolt didn't lock and the AC was louder than most I have had in any room. Other than that all was well for the weekend.

My checking in process made me mad because I was given the wrong room then was told that it was Expedia fault for Expedia to tell me that it was the hotels fault.By the end of the day I ended up getting my room when I went back downstairs cause I had a feeling something wasn’t right.Other then the room mix up part and the tv not having sound it was a pretty good stay.When I told them about the tv problem the issue was fixed within 15 minutes.This hotel is in a very good spot it sits on the strip (is what I call it) everything is basically on that one road.We stayed here 4 years ago when they had all that construction in 2021 now in February 2025 it looks nice .
