Perfect spot for 3 old friends to kick back & enjoy the GORGEOUS beach at the bottom of our steps. Lovely digs ! (Loved the upstairs shower!!!! @ 2nd bedroom). This place is perfect for a big reunion - as all adjoining outdoor patios are open to each other for hanging out. Will be coming back !!

Great location, very clean. The grandkids had a great time in the ocean and building sand castles. We enjoyed the covered deck and the closeness to some shopping a really good restaurants. The private beach made it much easier with the kids. We would definitely come back.

A beautiful place to stay! Clean, well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans that we needed. The two separate entries actually worked great for our family. The 20-something year old cousins enjoyed the downstairs space while the 30 family enjoyed the upstairs. The dining table upstairs had enough room for all of us which made for perfect family dinners. This home is ON the beach. You literally take a few steps and you’re there. The beach chair and umbrella setup that came with the property was great. This property is also a 5 minute walk from Pompano Joes where we had a yummy lunch and on the beach behind Pompano Joes, was parasailing which was an amazing experience that I totally recommend if you stay here. Things to note: the chairs and umbrella were out every day by 8am! They do come by and pick them up by 5pm though. Also, for those with mobility limitations, you MUST take stairs to get to any bedroom in this home. There are only 2 parking spots on property. My sister came down later than the rest of us and so added a third car to our group. I recommend using the “Way” app to reserve parking close by! We were able to pay 10 for my sister to park her car at the Comfort Inn up the street just 4 minutes away. Her car was safe and we had a good experience with the app. Overall a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay again!

Great Location and Property

We had a wonderful stay - great location right at the beach with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to Destin and PCB area as well. The condo was very clean and spacious for our group of 8 (2 dogs!) and had most of the essentials. There were definitely not enough of some supplies provided so make sure to bring your own trash bags, coffee filters, dishwasher pods, sugar/spices. Would stay again!

Great Beach

This is the epitome of a basic beach front rental! First the beach is wonderful and the daily chairs and umbrella is a wonderful touch. The unit is clean, but as basic of a rental as you can imagine. It is pretty clear as soon as you enter that this is an investment property and that the owners either never stay here or do it very little. The furniture is uncomfortable and had a hard time accommodating 4 people. I don’t know what you would do with a large party in this unit. There is just the absolute basics in the unit, not even beach towels. I had to spend almost 100 on beach towels the moment we arrived. The beds were comfortable, however the pillows were awful. The decks were great to enjoy the days. The listing is misleading. This is a 3 bedroom unit. Two bedrooms in the main unit and one bedroom in a separate area completely outside of the home. The 3rd bedroom is in the flood zone and shows signs of being flooded with curled woodwork damages. There isn’t even basic spices in the unit when you arrive so plan that into your budget if you plan on cooking in. It wasn’t a issue for us as we ate every meal out. We would stay in this area again, just not in this unit. We talked with neighbors in the same building that had much more in the unit than we did. No games for a rainy day, etc. If you’re driving, pack what you need. If flying, add money to your budget. Not trying to make this a negative review, just noting the facts!

The house was really nice and clean , loved it . The view was amazing . The only downfall is the parking . We had a handicap vehicle and it wasn’t a big enough Space for it. Made it very hard to get in and out . Parking spaces are way to small your on top of the other cars makes it hard to get in and out. I like privacy when setting on deck. There is none ! The beach is amazing though : we probably wouldn’t stay there with family again because of parking issues :

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The house was at a great location. It was very clean. The downstairs is a separate entrance, I had not seen that in the listing. Luckily that worked out fine for our group. The management was very responsive and helpful for the questions we had. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the great stay!

Just a few glitches

The location and set up was great. View and the beach was beautiful! There were a few glitches. The outside light downstairs did not work and the sewer pipe broke in the wall. The plumber did come and repair it. We will consider staying here again.
