Entends-tu cela? La plage appelle! Nous semblons tous ĂȘtre Ă  l’écoute de sa chanson hypnotisante, mais avons rarement l’opportunitĂ© de rĂ©pondre! C’est pourquoi la raison d'ĂȘtre de la Costa del Sol A2 est si proche des ondes Ă©meraude de la cĂŽte du golfe que vous vous sentirez complĂštement plongĂ© dans toutes ses merveilles.

La Costa del Sol A2 n’est pas seulement incroyablement proche du bord de l’eau, elle introduit l’extĂ©rieur par son dĂ©cor de plage trĂšs bien fait. DĂšs que la porte d'entrĂ©e s'ouvre, vous serez enchantĂ©s par les sols en carrelage Ă©purĂ©, accentuĂ©s par des tons modernes de sarcelle et turquoise, par un mobilier design aux finitions shabby-chic et des Ɠuvres d'art inspirĂ©es de la cĂŽte. Wonderful location and property management was outstanding. The beds wear comfortable and the property was clean. I am giving it 4 stars as there are a few maintenance issues. The upstairs bathroom shower faucet is loose from the wall, the downstairs laundry room had cockroaches swarming out side st night and several dead inside. They were quick to fix the upstairs bathroom fan that was not working and the living room curtain rod that has come loose from the wall.

There wasn't any big complaints just small things like rusty door knobs, old refrigerator and some old guy showing up unannounced and being very rude about "where we put the trash can outside".Its supposed to be a private beach but there is a public access next door and we constantly had to tell people that weren't staying there to not sit in our chairs.We tried to use the electric grill but when i turned it on there was so much grease in the bottom it smelled really bad and almost caught fire.The outside porch lights are Red. Couldn't see anything at night. No outside light downstairs

The location is in the heart of shopping and eating and most of all the beach is just steps away, easy access, with beach chairs setup at the water! Convenient!

Property was very nice, great location. The only issue is the back sliding glass door out to the beach. You must leave it unlocked, as it’s the only access for you to the beach. It would be nice if there was a way to secure your items and just the place in general while at the beach. Not very comforting.

Amazing location, right on the beach. The place was very clean and comfortable. Outstanding view from the living room and master bedroom. Beach chairs were a very nice perk and there’s a beachfront bar just a short walk away. Parking was convenient right in front of the unit. No complaints.

We were pleased with the property. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. There was good communication from the property management company. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and maintenance came promptly, were very courteous and got it fixed quickly. There is a washer and dryer in the lower level which is nice, but you do have to go outside to access it. The beach is listed as a private beach, but the space is not respected as such by other beach goers and not really much to do about that so at times it felt like our beach space was compromised. Before the last day of our stay, we received a text offering to extend our visit one more day to which I promptly responded "yes please" and followed by agreeing on the price for the extra night and I once again agreed and confirmed. The next day I received our check out email so I text the property manager if there was anything else I needed to do to extend our stay as we had texted about. They then redacted the offer and said the property was no longer available. Overall, still a good stay and property.

Best location

My best friend and I come every year, same beach (Marimar) , this was our first stay at the property. great location. And all in all we had a wonderful stay. There were little annoyance but easily overcame. 1. Main water line broke while there. So no water for 1/2 a day, once water was restored it came out brown for several hours
 2. We got a text 2 days before leaving that that said our thermostat informed them that our battery was low and that someone was coming by and that we didn’t need to be there. I had a little problem with this, since all of our cash and jewelry was out. So I had to leave the beach to go back and put away everything. 3. An hour after the battery was changed, I got another text saying someone need to come in and change the filter. I replied back, why didn’t you change the filter when you were in there the last hour to change the battery. 4. Vacuum on site needs to be replaced. It smelled terrible and didn’t vacuum anything. 5. The pans need to be replaced. Non were flat at the bottoms and Teflon coating peeling
 Regarding our stay. Beds were comfortable, we are at the beach 10 hours a day, reading so this unit provided most of what we need. Place to sleep, cook, eat and convenient. And beach service is a must and wonderful add to this rental. says 2 parking spaces, but there is really only one. If you park at A2 in front of unit and a car is in A1 and a truck is in A3, you will be trapped in for hours

Nice condo

Overall a nice place to stay at the beach. We very much enjoyed the condo and it’s clean and well furnished. Everything we needed for cooking and entertaining was available. The master bedroom balcony was a super plus. Could use a few repairs, specifically, the patio door lock upstairs and towel rack in master bath. Additionally, I would have felt safer had I been able to lock our patio doors in the back from the condo to the beach. While at the beach, we were required to leave the door unlocked and I didn’t especially care for that but we had no issues so it was fine of course. The neighbors were polite and no noise issues. Parking is tight so be prepared for that!

Perfect beach house!

This townhouse was perfect for our family of four and the views were just stunning! The decor is charming and the entire place was spotless when we arrived. The direct access to the beach and the daily beach service umbrella and chairs made it so convenient to run back and forth for items we forgot or to grab a snack. Once we arrived we didn’t want to leave to go anywhere else! The location in Miramar Beach was a little calmer and quieter than Destin, which we preferred, but was right across the street from a beach shop and ice cream, and minutes from amazing restaurants like Pompano Joe’s, Fat Clemenza’s, and the Surf Hut, so we didn’t feel we were missing anything. I would highly recommend this house for those who want to spend a lot of time on the beach without intense crowds, and who don’t mind driving 15 minutes into Destin.

Great family vacation

The location and the property are excellent. The beach front access and the view were fantastic. 2 chairs and an umbrella get setup on the beach every morning. It was quite and relaxing even during spring break. There is however a lower floor where there is a laundry room (Picture 9 of the picture deck provided). It smelled very moldy to the point you can smell it on the main floor and the rest of the property. We tried to keep the property ventilated so it won't smell too bad. The water spigot outside does not work (picture 12). We had to ask the Neighbours if we can use their spigot to wash our feet before going into the property. Other items need to be replaced such as the beach chairs, washer and dryer. Bring your own beach towels (none are provided). Also, if you are planning on cooking at the property, no community pantry is available. I guess all the items left behind gets thrown away after each renter. The property manager were very professional, responsive, and punctual.

Wonderful place to stay!

My only complaint about this unit is the parking. The spot is in the most odd placement and difficult to get in and out of if the neighboring condos are parked in their spot. The location is great! Very clean! When I contacted management about a few problems, they responded quickly and sent out maintenance in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend staying in this unit!
