Stayed 5 weeks , Feb Mar . Condo was ok , not great . It’s large if ya need that . Kitchen supplies good . Furniture is old , beds are pretty comfy . Plenty of tvs if your into that . Grill worked but older . Golf cart was fine . Over not a very clean unit , rugs are fithy , had to buy tilex for mold in showers . Had toilet and vacuum issue but those were promptly addressed. Outdoor furniture is Bad , rusted .. foyer is useless . Overall just an ok unit , don’t feel it was worth what we paid .

Beautiful home and area to stay. I would have liked some clear instructions at the property to know how to access certain things like parking for the golf cart and best way to enter the beach. Also it says there is a gym in the and to find out when we get there there is not except for the hotel for a fee of 107.00 dollars per person. Overall a great stay and the house was perfect!

Probably the best property we have stayed at in this Beachwalk area and we have stayed in this community 5 other times. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. A very home away from home feel at the beach. It was beautiful and clean.

Fun staycation

We really enjoyed this location and being tourists for this spring break season. We loved popping down on the golf cart and the conscience of the market shops. Property was tranquil and relaxing. And we really enjoyed the pool being so close. The rental company was very nice as well.

Fun family vacation to Destin

The property was clean, well appointed, and in a great location! The golf cart was a huge plus for getting around the resort and to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. This is the second time we have stayed in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and this property is our new favorite!

Family Vacation

The property was accurately depicted on the website and very functional. We enjoyed the back patio for relaxing when we were at the property. The golf cart was great to have and is excellent to navigate your way to and from the beach as well as around Sandestin in general. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were excellent and appreciated having those available. We are very frequent VRBO users, and the only minor "flaw" was the lack of essential spices, which forced us to buy a lot of them. The ONLY spices were Salt and Pepper...period. In almost all the other cases there are some basic spices left by others or provided. It wasn't a huge deal, but just not customary for what I have seen elsewhere and especially in a very nice place like My Heaven. One other note on that topic, the directions explicitly explained to get rid of all food and drink....I just felt like that was such a waste! We generally like to share the stuff we have left over with others to follow or for the cleaning crew, or whomever might enjoy them. I couldn't stand to throw a bottle of Titos, 12 pack of beer, spices, butter, coffee, gatorade, unopened chips, etc in the trash, and we couldn't take it back on our flight, so the rental car check in attendant got some groceries. Other than that, we had no glitches, and the property was excellent, along with the property manager. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we had a great time and enjoyed the pictures of your lovely family.

6 friends together for 3 weeks. Plenty of room in our villa for all. Bedroom and bathroom accommodations fit our needs. Enjoyed the golf cart and beach availability, loved the area for walks and entertainment.

Family Senior Trip

Place was beautiful and we had an amazing time! We did have to pay to use the fitness center and the temp overnight was 75-78 but we managed it. Everything else was amazing and we are thankful they opened their home to us. Resort was beautiful and everything and everyone was really nice! Golf cart was great to get us everywhere in resort. Awesome time and family memories!

Our Destin Vacation

This was our first time visiting Destin and we had an amazing time! We loved the house, we loved the location and we loved the beach! Very easy check in process and we were very happy with the setup by My vacation haven as well as the beach supplies provided. The golf cart was a lot of fun for family so was definitely a huge perk to have. We loved our location and being part of the Sandestin resort amenities/beach parking access. I couldn't say enough positive things about the entire experience. The only issue we had was with the thermostat. The nest thermostat was a nightmare to deal with. It was set to keep defaulting to between 76-78 degrees every few hours. During the day this was not as big of an issue because we were awake to be able to monitor it. However at nighttime, especially during a heat advisory, it very quickly rose in temperature and became hot. My husband and I had to alternate who got up every 1-2 hours to keep turning the temperature down since it kept defaulting to 78 degrees. Honestly, this was hard to sleep in such inconsistent temperatures since it got hot fast and we were exhausted from getting up so much during the night. I hope the owners would consider not setting the "default temperature" nearly as high as 78 because it heated up fast and took hours to cool back down. Better yet, allow a nighttime hold on the thermostat so we could have slept through the night. Overall amazing stay and my kids can't wait to go back!

The golf cart is a lifesaver once you get there you don’t need your vehicle unless you leave to go to store or do other activities . We used it for everything. We had a great time, the place was pretty clean when we got there. Just a couple minor cosmetic flaws (toilet paper holder broken, umbrella broken, patio door very hard to open and shut). Overall good stay.

great place would stay here again

great lay out. 3 bedroom with private bathrooms, plus a loft with two twins!! golf cart worked great. Easy to get to the beach, golf, tennis and pickle ball!! Only complaint was that i did not understand the key code would not be sent until 4 pm day of arrival... this made for a stressful day emailing and texting to figure out.

great get away with better amenities

This property was very well kept and clean! Was very welcoming upon entry! The best part was they were a VOL family! The location couldn’t have been a better selection. A golf cart was provided to get around both sides of Sandestin. Really didn’t have to leave the resort for anything including beach access! Saved miles and gas in our personal vehicle! Baytowne Wharf was a lot of fun for the the whole family, great selection of eateries, ice cream,desserts and things for the 2 year old to do! Can not wait to book it again for sure

We enjoyed the property overall. We rented primarily for the golfcart use but unfortunately it was unusable for this trip. Only dinged a star on communication due to VRBO hosts listed isn't correct and management company was slow to communicate and confusing.
