So much to do right on the resort. The golf cart made the stay! Super convenient. Did not need a rental car. Would definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! Everything was exactly as described and very clean! We were conveniently close to Baytowne Village, Publix, and the beach! The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. Overall everyone had a great time and we will be back!

Everything was very nice and as described online. Condo was very clean. We enjoyed being right near the golf courses. Pool was very close to condo, within walking distance. Golf cart was extremely nice for getting to the beach, shopping, and dining in the area.

This condo was very spacious and very clean on the inside. Location is ideal. What I missed on the site was it had a lot of stairs. Golf cart was new and worked very well.

It is comfortable (great beds!), clean, and has everything you might need. The patio gives a great view of the golf course and pond. It is centrally located to tennis/pickleball, Baytowne, and walking paths. We love having access to a golf cart, too!

The master bedroom and bathroom were my favorite ❤️ Even with the few little mishaps that happened during our stay, we will still be back next year. MVH was super responsive, quick to help, and always friendly when we had to call.

Everything you need is there.Close proximity to one of the pools and there is a golf cart for going to the beach and around the property. My only suggestion would be to get the master bed updated with a new mattress or mattress topper. The current bed is not comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was very clean and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. The rental was as pictured, and accommodated our family. The only negative were the TVs in the guest room and the loft space. The guest room TV was basically an early 2000s pc monitor. The loft TV did not have cable and the smart capabilities was greatly limited. I had to constantly reset the wifi and restart the Prime Video. The parking is also an issue, but it was a busy holiday weekend so not a big deal.
