We were happy with the condo , it's nice and has everything we need , we would highly recommend it ! The company that handles the booking also does a great job, quick response to all my inquiries. The reason I didn't give 5* was some issues with the "resort" itself ! The one heated swimming pool was closed the entire month we stayed, which is a little disappointment, Also the ground, landscape and area around the non heat pool that was opened needs some upgrades, renovated . The elevator was out of service for over a week! We were on 3rd floor and have no physical problems so it was inconvenient but we could handle walking up and down the stairs, imagine if someone with knees, hips problems etc.... I could understand if something can not be fixed in 24 hours but a week ??? So in short - the condo is great ,we were happy with it, but the building itself could use some upgrades.
