Kitchen set up was OK had bad experience with the property management. It was understood at the time of booking that I got two chairs and umbrella then I was informed when I got in touch with them that I did not get those said they were some chairs on balcony that I could use . very disappointed will not be coming back to this condo my daughter-in-law she rents his condo and always gets her chairs. An umbrella . The rug in the living room was very nasty. The beds were sagging. The air condition register was covered in dust. The ceiling fans were also covered in dust. Need some attention badly like I said I will not be coming back to this condo false advertisement.

Great location, incredibly spacious

We couldnt be happier with our choice to stay at this condo. Right in the beach, covered parking, clean and spacious. We did run into one day of VERY loud maintenance on the property that made teleworking quite difficult but it seemed like an isolated, upkeep building repairs. The beds were pretty awful, so trust those reviews from others. We even tried the pullout couch, but it was like sleeping on metal springs. On the plus side, the view from living room was absolutely beautiful so we happily enjoyed a movie on the pullout (with all the pillows we could find ) and watched those magical blue waves. The beach chairs and laundry were great and helped not bring the beach back with us that sand gets everywhere! Bottom line this was a great, spacious and clean condo in a wonderful location!

oven didn’t work properly, coffee maker is on its last leg, my adult kids couldn’t open the sliding glass door that doesn’t close all the way, pull out sofa not very comfy, but other than that it was fine!!! Just a basic place to stay!!!

Vaca for Four

Overall it was good.....just a few suggestions (mostly about communication, or the lack there of: - We should have received prior information that the tennis courts were going to be resurfaced. There was no tennis play at all during our entire stay--prior warning would have been appreciated. - No text, call, or email to let us know of a work man coming to fix our patio door. It was fine to have the man there, but it was shocking coming back from the beach to find him in our condo with his tools strewn about. Again, no warning that he was to be there. That was bad. -- The grills didn't work for the first 5-6 days. -- The main pool area was shut down for about 7 days while we were there; with a pump problem. -- We got a quick response from Javi who helped replace a saturated door mat at the entrance of the condo and he also was quick getting us some more blankets. Javi was impressive.

Great in so many ways!

The property is truly amazing! Incredible beach, chaors and umbrella included. The unit itself has a well stocked kitchen. I really wanted to give it 5 stars but didn't because the main patio door wouldn't open and we were not informed about it. Which was just really disappointing.The beds were way too lumpy/soft, and there were no beach towels for use.

Perfect for our family!

The location, condo, and amenities worked out so well for our family! With kids 4 and 1, we didn’t make it to the beach much, but certainly enjoyed the pool, and better yet this condo was so close to the pool. We had packed our pack n play, but was pleased to see there was one available in the condo; one less thing for us to unpack!

There were 4 in our group that were able to make the trip. Just spent time together as a family. Enjoyed some of the local restaurants and took a snorkel tour. Had a great time! Location was great! Our condo was very clean!! No issues. Plan on returning!!

Nice time in Destin/Miramar

We were happy with the condo , it's nice and has everything we need , we would highly recommend it ! The company that handles the booking also does a great job, quick response to all my inquiries. The reason I didn't give 5* was some issues with the "resort" itself ! The one heated swimming pool was closed the entire month we stayed, which is a little disappointment, Also the ground, landscape and area around the non heat pool that was opened needs some upgrades, renovated . The elevator was out of service for over a week! We were on 3rd floor and have no physical problems so it was inconvenient but we could handle walking up and down the stairs, imagine if someone with knees, hips problems etc.... I could understand if something can not be fixed in 24 hours but a week ??? So in short - the condo is great ,we were happy with it, but the building itself could use some upgrades.

Place was beautiful and clean! Had everything we needed. Pool looked clean but we didn't use it. Having beach chairs included was a great surprise. Location right off the elevator was nice too! Would recommend anyone looking to stay here.
