If you are like me, you are searching & searching for that perfect vacation spot for your family with all the bells & whistles - look no further and take my advice and BOOK this home! It truly is pristine - sparkling clean, gorgeous (pics don’t do it justice), comfy (primary bed is amazing!!), & the best part is you get Bill! Bill is on it - so helpful, kind, available, & aims to make your stay at his place enjoyable & memorable! It’s the thoughtfulness that sets this rental apart from others - complimentary filled beverage cooler, spices, pantry items, condiments, beach equipment, pool toys, beach towels, etc. The amenities are great as well - first time I have stayed where I paid for heat in the pool and it was actually WARM! The back yard is an escape of its own with sparking, clean water in the pool & jacuzzi with ample, comfortable seating, and a grill too! Not to mention it is in walking distance to the beach in a very safe, quiet & gated community! I clearly cannot say enough good things about this place — just stop scrolling & BOOK! You won’t be disappointed!

This is the first time we stayed in a private home, we usually stay in a condo. This home and Bill exceeded all expectations! There are too many great things about this property to list them all! The pool and outdoor area are great after a day at the beach and so fun to hang out back there at night! The house was so clean when we arrived. Comfy beds, huge showers, stocked complimentary drink fridge, lots of beach towels to use, Netflix and Disney plus ready to go on the TVs for downtime for the kiddos, and so much more! The 2 chairs and umbrella at the beach were clutch especially for the kids to get a few min of shade! We will definitely be back next Summer!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Bill describes it perfectly. He even added a few extras as a gift. The house was gorgeous. We loved the back with pool, hot tub, and grill. It was an easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. I would highly recommend this place and will be booking again with Bill.

Wonderful Stay!

Bill’s home is exactly as pictured (or even better in person). We arrived to a spotless house that was well cared for, filled to the brim with every kind of convenience like remote operated shades. The kitchen was well stocked and the home had been meticulously finished and furnished. We and kids spent countless hours in the wonderful heated pool. The kids really appreciated the smooth fiberglass pool and the saltwater. The beds were all very comfortable and sleep was great. The awesome private beach was just a 10 minute walk and we made the trip everyday by foot. It was easy even with a 4 year old and 8 year old. Hope to return in the future to such a great place! Thanks Bill!

We loved our stay at Six Palms!

My family and I had an absolute blast last week. The stay starts with a detailed orientation of the property and private beach access. The home literally has it all. Its clean and well decorated and has been renewed throughout. Location is close to all restaurants and shopping. We walked to the beach each trip. Our 7 year old son lived in the pool and there are plenty of floatables/toys available and a cart for the bearch. Anything you could possibly need or want, this home has it..Theres even a mini-fridge with complimentary beverages!Bill- thank you for your attention to detail and hospitality! We will be back!

Amazing Stay and vacation!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the start of booking to the end of our vacation, this property and management is top notch! We have stayed many times in Miramar Beach and this by far has been our favorite house and stay. Love the upgrades and cleanliness of the home, the close location to the beach and Bill's hospitality is like no other. Thank you Bill for making our vacation a great one! Great Home

Bill was outstanding. Very easy to reach, met with us and showed us around, and made us feel like we were right at home. The house was wonderful, everything from the cleanliness to the short walk to the beach. The complimentary wine bottle was a nice touch too! I would recommend his house time and time again. Amazing stay!

This home is by far the nicest one that we have ever stayed at in the many years that we have visited Destin/Miramar Beach. Bill is an awesome host. He met us at the property to go over the many amenities that this property offers. The kitchen is very well stocked, plus more. Bill has thought of so many things to make your stay wonderful. The beach access is a short walk from the home, and the chair and umbrella service made our days at the beach very comfortable. The kids loved the pool and bikes. The hot tub was used often also. We really cannot say enough about this home, and hope that we are able to return next summer.

Pristine house describes the property perfectly. Bill met us and showed how everything worked. He also inspects the cleanliness of the the house before checking us in. The property is a short walk to the beach and several good restaurants. All of the adults agreed it is the best property we have stayed at in Destin area. We will be back to stay.

Great host

The house was amazing very engaged with making sure we knew how to work all of the home’s features. We really enjoyed the in-ground pool and above ground Jacuzzi. He also has an amazing home theater system that sounds awesome.👏 Not too far from the beach, we rode the bikes a couple of times as well.

Couldn't have been better!

Highly recommend this Miramar Beach property. House was spotless and well-appointed. I was pleasantly surprised at the great location, in a gated neighborhood, close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed. Bill was nice enough to stop by to show us around. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard and used the pool and hot tub daily. I do recommend paying to heat the pool this time of year (beginning of May). I wasn't sure we would need it, but honestly think it would have been too cool without it. So many homes in this area are very large...this home is a good value and a perfect choice if you have a small group.

Best Stay Ever

Bill is the best host we have ever had. Met us when we arrived. Showed us all about the property and how everything worked. Then took us down to the beach and showed us where we were to enter. The amenities with this property will not disappoint. Very beautiful property. It shows how much he cares about you and his property. There is no doubt we will be back. Thank you Bill so very much. Top Notch Host and House!

I have never experienced a better host! He was super helpful, accommodating, and hospitality that was off the charts. The house was immaculate and had sooo many perks (from boogie boards, wagon, coolers and bikes ready for the beach to technical perks like motorized shades, plus by all the nightstands and tv’s with apps ready to go). Easy walk to beach and felt very safe in the gated neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying at the house!

Wonderful stay!

We have stayed in multiple VRBOs and I was pleasantly surprised with this property. Bill has thought of everything. He is always available and checks in pretty frequently during your stay. The quick orientation on arrival was helpful. Home is in a wonderful location, very close to the beach. You can walk/ride bikes there with ease. Extra chairs/umbrella available and there are included chairs with umbrella available at the beach. The beach is beautiful and not very crowded. The house was clean and the pool area was very nice. We did pay extra to have the pool heated due to the cooler temps. and was happy we did. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Bill, thank you for your hospitality and all the "extras" My husband went a little overboard but we really appreciate it! You had all of his favorites! :)
