We had a wonderful time during our stay! Anytime we had an issue, it was quickly and professionally taken care of, which we really appreciated. The only thing to note is that the beach isn’t quite the 4-minute walk that’s mentioned, but we were given access to the Hollywood Beach access point, which worked out fine. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Clean and nice place to stay

This home was very nice and clean. It had plenty of room for our group of 13. The walk to beach was ok for us but would not recommend for anyone not able to walk distances. Also on private beach there are no handicap access and you will have to walk down a large amount of stairs so plan to go to one of the public beaches. Overall it was a very nice vacation.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The home was in a great area as well. The golf cart was a great add. We didn’t think we would use it too much but we used it every day. Great House

House was perfect for us. Each room has its own bathroom which was a huge bonus for us. Having the golf cart to go to and from the beach was great. The walk to the beach wasn't bad either due to having the private beach access. All in all it was a great trip and we would recommend this house to others.

It was nice having a heated pool for the evenings and those last couple of days when it was cooler. House had everything we needed for the first evening didn’t have to worry about going to the store first thing.

Great week

We had a great week. The house is very nice and having the golf cart made the trips to the beach much easier. We used the golf cart for most of our outings. Our grandson loved the outdoor shower and all of the grands loves their rooms. All rooms except one have an attached bathroom Just an excellent week.

Accomodations were as niceand we would recommend staying at this home again. We did have a problem witht he dishwasher not drying the dishes but notified mgmt and they said they would order a new part to be installed after we leave. Everything worked great otherwise.

We enjoyed staying at this house. The only complaint are the beds. They were uncomfortable. One of the mattresses upstairs had plastic on it which made it hot. The owner may want to consider replacing the bed and mattress downstairs with a more updated bed. Besides that I would recommend this vacation home.

Amazing stay in Miramar Beach

We had just an absolutely incredible stay in Miramar Beach at this property. We had 2 families of 5 and weren’t even close to being short on space. The cleanliness, and quality of the unit is top notch. I would 100% recommend this as a stay for 2-3 families. The pool was perfect. The only complaint, and it’s likely because the beds are so new, but they were overly firm. We also had a minor issue with the propane on the grill, but that was not the owners’s fault. 1000% recommend and will likely book this rental again. The gated neighborhood is quiet and perfect for families.

This house was perfect! Kitchen had every appliance and utensil you need plus many extras! The bedrooms were nice and big! Living was big and fit all of us with plenty of room. Pool was awesome due to the seaweed at the beach for a few days. Everything was perfect. Golf cart was great. We had a minor issue with the tires and within 15 minutes someone was there and changed all 4 of them and made sure things were all working before they left. The only thing I suggest is that the rental company warn guests NOT to lock the bottom lock bc the automated lock only works for the deadbolt. One of our littles locked the bottom lock and when we arrived back to the house, we could not get in. Luckily we left the back door unlocked so we were able to get it. The rental company called a couple of times just to make sure things were good and that we didn’t need anything. They were so nice. We will definitely be renting from them for our trip next year!

Downstairs bathroom shower curtain has mold Dishwasher heat cycle not working, door spring broke. GFI trip and kitchen faucet handle backwards. No hotwater till we figured it out. Pool cloudy several days. Golfcart brakes suck....i own a cart so i know what to expect. Nice house....family liked it

Wonderful home, great neighborhood!

Beautiful property! We loved the house, it had great space and amenities, loved that the floors weren’t tile since we have a 7 month old. The host provided many convenient items including kitchen utensils and travel size items in all the rooms to get your started for the week. The private pool was very convenient and our family enjoyed it very much. The lights in the pool didn’t work which was inconvenient for evening swims but we made it work and still enjoyed the pool! Our only real complaint is the beds (mattresses). They were all extremely uncomfortable. Which is very unfortunate since one of the keys to a vacation is rest and it makes it tough to rest if you can’t enjoy your sleep. A few people even tried swapping rooms through the week to see if beds were more comfortable for different people but they all proved to be an issue for everyone. Aside from the beds, it is a great place to stay!

Spring break getaway

This house is perfect for a family getaway. This house was very clean, cute style, and roomy if you’re traveling with a big group or family. The pool in the backyard was perfect for the kids. The weather in April is so unpredictable so pay the extra money to have it heated. The beach is a short distance if you choose to walk or use golf cart. We enjoyed all the cute restaurants and shops surrounding the house. There were a few things that could have been better. We couldn’t check in till 5 and we thought that was late especially if you have been traveling all day. This is actually our first VRBO that did not have any condiments in the kitchen so if you plan on staying a week and can bring it do so because in this area you will be paying a lot for just basic kitchen needs to cook. Also for families who are coming with kids make sure you bring beach stuff with you such as chairs, beach toys and pool toys being that it is not supplied at the house. If you cannot then there is the option to rent 2 chairs and umbrella for $75 a day at the beach access area.

First off I want to say this house comes with a beautiful backyard! The pool and chairs were fantastic for our family. Absolutely no compliances there! The location was great, and the golf cart was so nice for beach days. It was also very convenient for everyone to have their own room and bathroom! Mattresses were not so great. I would not rate any of them over 2 stars, and bedroom #4’s mattress was particularly awful, comparable to sleeping on the floor. Overall the house itself is not super clean. Things are very obviously just brushed over. We chose to overlook many things for the sake of having a peaceful vacation. These things include hair and grim in the showers when we checked in, very nasty shower curtains, thick coats of dust on anything over eye level, stains on pillows, and more. We did reach out to the host about the shower curtains since we could do nothing about that, and she immediately sent someone to swap them out! Definitely applaud them for the fantastic communication. The other things we just did our best to clean up. We had a great vacation otherwise and I only write this review as a suggestion to do a deep clean and maybe change mattresses. Other than that the house would be great!

Overall Good

Overall the house was clean with the exception of shower curtains. The beds were hard even though they say memory foam . Everybody complained about the beds . The shower curtains need to be replaced they were all moldy . The grill needs to be replaced too so guest can actually use it without having issues . I will say the nice thing was it was walking distance from the beach and it was nice to have the golf cart. However, rules say to put seat belts on we kept getting stuck in the seat belts bc they wouldn’t unlock and the horn didn’t work. Don’t expect to get the code right away it was 6pm and we had to ask for the code . Check your spam if you don’t get the handbook with WIFI AND BEACH ACCESS INFORMATION. OH and you can’t take a tent through the private access you will need to rent an umbrella each day at the beach for $75 . Aside from these all defects I still give this house a 4. It was big spacious and it was nice to have a bathroom in all the rooms. Nice to be so close to the beach.

Beachy keen!

Our family vacation at Bluewater Belle was great. The house is set up well for a family vacation. The kitchen and the beach toys were well stocked and the grandkids loved the pool. We found it a little far from the ocean for the little ones with the temperature in the upper 90's all week. We ended up renting a golf cart to shuttle them down. One of us would park it back at the house and walk the 5 minutes to the beach. The private beach and the ocean were beautiful! David was an excellent host and we look forward to booking the house again.

Family Vacation

Everything was better than we could believe. The location was perfect, we had so much fun in the pool and community pool. Beach was just a short distance from the house. We had plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. House was furnished nicely with everything we needed. Had to call David a couple of times and he answered back right away and got the answers we needed. would recommend this home to anyone. Lookinf forward to staying there again.

This house is immaculate! Everything seemed basically new in the home. It’s in a very cute neighborhood surrounded by new homes! The walk isn’t bad without kids. We rented a golf cart to help haul beach gear and it made everything so much easier! I would definitely recommend this house!

We rented 2 golf carts which was great for our large group so guests could easily go back and forth from the house to the beach with the littles, etc. Dave was readily available and very responsive which we appreciated. Will definitely be back! Only recommendation would be to provide more kitchen essentials-s&p, common seasonings, trash bags, aluminum foil, saran wrap, dish towels. Thanks!

Great Little Vacation

We enjoyed ourselves. The accommodations were more than adequate. We enjoyed the pool especially. David responded quickly to all our needs. We will be looking forward to staying again in the future.

Spring Break

This property checks all the boxes. The location was great- within walking distance to the beach, quiet community ( SO nice after dodging golf carts and bikes on the main drag), and a short drive to all the attractions Destin has to offer. If we were not at the beach, we were in the backyard. It is an oasis!! The splash pad section of the pool was perfect for our 3 year old, and my older two enjoyed picking out what color the pool should be each night. Our family of 11, ages 3-87, had plenty of room to spread out when we wanted our own space, but there was plenty of seating when we all wanted to be together for dinner and movies. The house provided a pack and play, high chair, sand toys, and couple beach chairs- great not having to pack that stuff!! The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook, the beds were very comfortable, and Dave answered any question very promptly! Check in and check out were easy- no surprises. You won’t be disappointed if you go with this rental! Well… that is until you have to leave it. Highly recommend!
