Location was perfect for us. Couches in living room are in need of replacing due to wear and tear. A place of this size should come with beach service though.

Great outside space

Enjoyed staying here. Views are great!!! Fire table is a great feature for evening sunsets. Beach is beautiful but very crowded. All the people staying across the street set their tents up directly in front of this property

This property was perfect for our big family, plenty of room to spread out and big enough rooms to hang out all together! The pool and proximity to the beach was great! We appreciated the personal touches the host left for us and how responsive they were if we needed anything! Cant wait to go back next year!

Missing the mark for the price

The service and management were great!! The property itself needs a fresh coat of paint and some new couches. The house also had minimal provisions. One towel per person. No extra toilet paper. Things like that. No ice machine except a counter top little one. Over all it was ok, but the pictures make it look better than it is for the price. Location is great!! Lots of parking.

We only had one full day here. Got in the evening before, had our day, out by 10 the next. Had a private chef hired from 8 am til 10 pm. The first evening we discovered roaches all thru the main kitchen. Pretty much ruined the stay. Was compensated for part of the stay, but it pretty much ruins everything when you are killing roaches with your bare hands just to get thru the day. It was humiliating having to tell the chef the kitchen had roaches and she just had to deal with it. It really was.

The photos didn’t do the house justice! Beautiful accommodations for our multi-family group. The four double-bed bunks (with trundles!) made a fun sleeping experience for the “Littles”. We loved the back yard area (pool, ping pong, fire pit, etc) and the outdoor seating was plentiful. The kitchen appliances could use replacing - but the staff/maintenance folks were very responsive.

We had an amazing vacation overall, the beach is incredible and the house is great for accommodating a large group. Unfortunately there were some maintenance issues —fridge, dryer, dishwasher, broken door latches (which for us was a safety issue with young children), weeds and incomplete cleaning of pool deck including broken glass by the fire pit. Relatively small issues, but didn't expect to find them at this price point. The management company Avantstay was always prompt with answering our calls, but much less so in following up and actually solving the problems.

Did not meet expectations

This house has potential to be great, but there were just too many issues to give it a great review. The location is perfect and we loved the beach access. There were only 2 beach chairs provided and we had to pay for an additional 2 beach chairs. The chairs provided by the house were broken and rusty. The pool was dirty. The filter didn’t work the entire time, so it required a lot of work on our part to clean it throughout the day. Even with multiple cleanings, it was still pretty gross. All of the bathrooms are dated and moldy. Cheap shower inserts and old dirty shower heads. The bunk room is actually a converted garage. The layout of the house was good for a larger family or a few families. The house was not very clean, there were broken light switches all around and lights that did not work. The pool light is also very dim at night. The houses on either side all have nice bright pool lights. The pool base is also a brown rock so it’s very dark in general. There was also a broken glass by the fire pit upon arrival and the landscaping is a mess. One of the doors on the lower level out to the pool is broken and does not open. Communication with company was just ok. They sent someone to replace a few lights and skim the pool twice, but he didn’t fix the filter. Overall, the house was not worth the steep price tag. I would not go back.

Wonderful home for several families!

We stayed here with three families who have 9 kiddos under age 11. Each family had plenty of space - 2 bedrooms each, and there was still an extra bedroom. The location can't be beat. Kiddos can run back and forth from house to beach and you can easily keep eyes on them. Home was well equipped with kitchen supplies to feed entire crew. We'd happily go back!

Great location, wonderful views, easy access

The house was beautiful. It was right on the ocean and had a swimming pool with nice patio furniture and cabanas. Large tables that can seat large families. Kitchen was well stocked. Any issues that we had were addressed immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful beach home!

This home had plenty of room for our family and the access to the beach was amazing! The only downside was the master bathroom had some mold in shower the cleaning crew missed and the kitchen had greasy handprints on the cabinets- other than a few funky touch up paint spots ( should have been done better in this multi million dollar home) which our guests noticed immediately- the house was great! AvantStay responded immediately to any requests we had and did great job fixing a lock within the hour.
