Beautiful home!

The home is absolutely stunning and we had a great time. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we had anticipated and the private beach access has a lot of stairs, so not great for my parents who are older. We ended up going to the public beach since it had ramps, which is not that much further. Also, you are not allowed to use pop up tents on the private beach, so hopefully Alex will let others renters know in the future. Our host Alex was awesome, answered all of our questions in a very short time frame. One of the best host I have ever rented from!

This property was amazing. Everything was so clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space. We had 21 people and had room for more. The back yard was amazing. The pool wasn’t too small. We walked to the beach. My family’s only complaint was that we had to leave. We had three SUVs, one minivan, one compact car, two midsize sedans, and a UHaul trailer, that all fit in the driveway. We give the property a 10/10.

Memorial Day Weekend

The house was fabulous! It was very clean and just as pictured! Everyone was able to have their own private space with large gathering areas to hangout. We used the pool/hot tub everyday and cooked out on the grill. The private beach access was in walking distance, but the golf cart made it very easy to do drop offs. The water was clear blue and stunning! There was a CVS, liquor store and shopping store for beach supplies and clothes right down the street. It was super easy to get in contact with the property management team and they quickly handled our questions. Special shout out to Alex, the property manager!! Our group was already talking about booking the house again. And if you go you must do Crab Island!

Spring break 2025

This is a beautiful home with so much room, plenty for our group of 25. The neighborhood watch/police? let us know that we were not welcome and they did not care if we ever came back. Not the homes fault but says something about the area. We were respectful of the quiet times and kept the property clean. It was a mom and son (most all 18 years old). The only issues with the house were that the dryer was very slow at drying the towels which we did need to do often and the 3rd floor gets very warm with that many young men, so for most won't be a problem Everyone was very attentive and it was a great stay. Wonderful!

We stayed here with our kids and grandkids, large group. Lots of room for all 26 of us. The place was really nice . Property manager was very helpful and took care of anything that was needed. Kids loved the pool. Golf cart was a bonus in getting around. We love this area for family vacations.

Great place for family

We had 20 people from ages 5-74, everyone had a great time in the house. It is very close to the beach just a short walk or ride in the golf cart. The pool was great to keep the kids happy when not at the beach. We will definitely look into come back here in the future

Great stay at sandbar

Our overall experience at sandbar was great. The house is incredible. It is nicely decorated, comes with lots of dishes, pots and pans. There is enough room for everyone and enough bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The golfcart was a great addition. We also enjoyed having 2 refrigerators. The pool was a little dirty at the bottom and the outside electric firepit was not working during out stay. Also, we were given a long list of things to clean before we left the property. I take issue with this because of all the fees that are included and the cleaning fee that we were charged. Check in is a little late at 5pm and check out is a little early at 10am. Also, just be aware that there are no tents allowed on the beach. Overall great stay and we would love to stay again.

We had an amazing stay at the property. It is just as described and pictured. Very spacious and king suites are a plus so everyone can still have their privacy. My family loved hanging around the pool ! Host was very response and checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. Will use again!!

The house was clean and well-appointed. Our family (4 generations) had a wonderful stay! We would recommend this place. However, please note that the kitchen table seating (benches) were difficult for our older family members to navigate.

Top notch everything

We were a group of men and women from all over the US coming together for a retreat and we had the absolute best time. The house was exactly as pictured. Having the golf cart as a added amenity for no extra charge was great. Communication was Stellar and your kitchen appliances. Dishes, and utensils was the best stocked I've ever seen for a large group.

Top of the line!

Excellent communication with host. You could not want for more. This place is on our keeper list. Endless perks from golf cart to the amazing firepit! Kitchen is ready for anything and everything! Beds could be softer but your private suite makes it forgettable. Third floor is a kids dream! Table shuffled board is the very on top!

Great Thanksgiving Trip

We had a house filled with kids and grownups, and all had a wonderful time. House was clean and stocked with all the needed amenities and in sufficient quantities. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops nearby.

Sand Bar Rocks!!

We loved this home. Very spacious, close to the private beach access. My family loved the huge pool and spa, the game room was a winner with the kids, and each bedroom was awesome. The golf cart was a plus when we wanted to go somewhere, everything is so close to this home. Kitchen had all the things we needed to cook with, overall we were super impressed with this home and we are booking again for sure!!

Our family had the best experience at this home! We were blown away by the service from Travel Life Vacations! Ryan and his team were outstanding! The home is gorgeous!! The finishes and vibe were so welcoming and cozy. We loved the private pool, hot tub, abundant parking, private beach access and all the extra touches the home offers. The complimentary golf cart was a bonus! Location, perfect. You can easily walk to the beach
great restaurants and retail. Bad ass coffee and the wine place are so convenient .The access to scenic hwy 98 is ideal. You can walk / ride bikes for miles from this beautiful home. Hands down best vacation home in Miramar Beach! We love Sandbar, we made the best memories! Thank you!

Sand Bar is a MUST STAY! Our new favorite!

This property is Amazing ! Our entire family loved this home and didn't want to leave. We loved the location, so close to everything. The private access to the beach was awesome. The golf cart was great, our children loved the game room, and WOW what a pool and hot tub! The home is even more beautiful in person, cool vibes in all the rooms. We will be back next year for sure!!

Family Vacation

Overall a great house and location. The gulf cart was an added bonus! My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Pictures don’t do justice on how pretty the house is from the inside. Definitely recommended for a large group of people.
