We stayed at the luau and we were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom, The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The area was beautiful and quiet. There was lot of fun places to go to nearby. The only thing negative was that the pillows were awful, and i woke up with a cramp in my neck.

They did not originally honor our type of room and put us in a room facing the parking lot when we had booked a gulf view. I believe they do this on purpose . We had to go call their main office, go back to reception and move all of our luggage twice

Beautiful property, super clean I felt they could have better explained amenities at check-in. Also didn’t explain there was assigned parking in our area which led to a negative interaction with a neighbor. The condo was super nice and clean but the beds were hard and lacked actual blankets. Ice machine didn’t work on the fridge. The patio furniture needs to be replaced as the chairs are dry rotted and feel like you may fall through them. Overall we would book again but would be more selective on which area we stayed in.

The resort was amazing with beautiful views. The room was okay, dated, ice maker didn’t work in the room. We had to go to the 1st floor and pay for ice and take to the 8th floor room. Also there was no keurig only a standard coffee pot. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The room was awesome! The only reason it was good and not excellent was that I requested a balcony with ocean view and what I got was a balcony facing construction of a new pool so my balcony was full of dirt and dust from construction. The bed mattress was very hard. Other than that everything was perfect.

It’s a nice property but not what the service I expected for the cost. There were cockroaches in the hallway and right in front of my apartment door (in the inside of the building on the 7th floor). I asked the front desk for a percentage off and was told there was nothing I could do. I reached out early to set up special accommodations for my loved ones birthday, and they were slow getting back, like not until the day before I was suppose to check in. All he got was a button to wear for his bday. The app for the tram doesnt work so that a waste of time. As I mentioned, the location is great, beach is great. Included amenities for the cost? Leave more to be desired.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandestin. We stayed in Luau tower 1 and loved being within walking distance to the beach. Our condo was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my stay here....The area was safe, clean, quiet and convenient to several beaches, restaurants and shopping centers. The pool and hot tub @the resort was very clean and relaxing, I truly enjoyed my stay.

Overall 1 of the best places i've stayed at in a long time. This resort has everything on site so there is really no need to leave - which is a huge plus to me. Food amazing. Drinks amazing. And if you do leave the property there are shopping and dining options that are very convenient.
