Awesome house and location

Terrific house with pool for a family of my husband and myself and our son 22 and daughter 19. Enjoyed the pool and living space. Easy access to Del Ray downtown and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

perfect getaway!

House was perfect - location was great. We were able to bike to beach but rarely left house bc of how relaxing it was by pool overlooking the intercoastal. we loved the neighborhood and proximity to stores. We didn’t want to leave. Owner was very responsive when had small issue and made arrangements to fix it right away

A great property to relax and enjoy your vacation in Del Ray FL

The property was great. It had a nice view of the water on a channel. Rooms were nice though a few things could use a little updating. We did have a few issues during our stay but the management company was right on them and very helpful. The house was missing a few things that would have helped - in the kitchen it did not have any spices, tin foil etc but did have plenty of cooking and serving items. Also a few games at the location would have been nice. The house overall is great and we would recommend it. It is also set up nicely to host a little gathering or to have friends/ family over for a BBQ and Pool party! I loved having the Peloton in the house (You do need to have your own subscription). One other note, the downstairs bedroom does not have a closet but it does have several drawers. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely part of Delray beach that was perfect for our family vacation. This is the second time I have rented from Brampton Park, and they are wonderfully responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay.

Relaxing holiday home

Everything went smoothly and all the personnel was really helpful. The house was clean and cozy and the area was nice and quiet. We had a great time and especially spent a lot of time in the pool area. The facilities work perfectly for three couples. The only minus we had was that we hadn't noticed in advance that 2 bedrooms shared one bathroom and the bed in the downstairs bedroom was narrow for two adults. The house was well equipped and all appliances worked well - the grill was especially good. We only wished for more drinking glasses, otherwise the equipment was very good.

Great property on Fern Drive

We stayed a month and really enjoyed ourselves. The home is very comfortable with a great outdoor area. Being on the canal was an added benefit- we had fun kayaking on the Intracoastal. The location was very convenient for errands, groceries etc. Just a short drive to the beach and town. The Brampton Park team was amazing; super responsive, accommodating and friendly.

Perfect Place For A Getaway!!

We had an amazing time at this property!! There were some days we didn’t even leave the house. With the pool and the outdoor seating no need to leave! We grilled out somedays it was a perfect way to relax and just hang out as a family. The location of this place was perfect it was close to everything; grocery stores, Atlantic Avenue, the ocean and so much more. We will for sure be coming back!!!

Nice place

Place was clean, upstairs bedrooms and baths were nice and beds were comfortable. Bedroom with twin beds could have been better, no closets and beds were not comfortable for 2 young adults. Pool was very nice just be prepared for the bugs in July! Brampton Park and associates were very responsive and took care of needs.

Veteran House Renter Feels Misled

Upfront: the house is ok. Also upfront: it falls far short of expectations, based on the site's description and, more importantly, the price. I've rented houses all over America -- price leads to certain expectations. I have paid far, far less for so much more in places like Palm Springs, Naples, and Malibu. The pool was undergoing repair work for the first several days of our stay. The bedrooms, other than the Master, were very small and not really comfortable. The pool, the brick, the furniture (extremely dirty), the entire outside area, was hugely disappointing. There is no reason whatsoever to show the living room or dining room -- no one in our party spent any time in either. The kitchen and family room are fine, but overall, we (party of 5) felt cramped and more uncomfortable than comfortable....Sorry. Last, and this is a highly granular complaint -- the last step coming down from the 2nd floor blends too closely with the wood flooring if the main floor living room. Two of our party sustained low grade injuries due to the visual deception of transitioning from staircase to lower level.

Well this is a nice property with a large dock that could accommodate our chartered 52' power boat. The kitchen and the Family Room are very nice along with the Master Bedroom but if the remodel were finished this place would be really nice and probably go for more money. It is quite acceptable as is just a note for the owner.

Close to the beaches, gorgeous home on the canal

What a beautiful house! We had a few hiccups, but everything was seen to and we got quick responses from the property management team. Beds are super comfy and the appliances are all top of the line, make it easy to never leave the house. The beaches are a short drive, maybe 5 minutes, and Atlantic Avenue offers so much to do, eat and buy (very nice boutiques and galleries). Delray is one of the nicest little beach towns I have visited and we plan on returning, one day!

Fabulous home !

The photo's really don't do it justice - master suite is a great size and the upstairs deck is perfect for morning coffee ! Being on a wide stretch of the intracoastal gives a lot more privacy than other homes I have stayed at on the water. Neighborhood is quiet and the street is a cul-de-sac so very little traffic. Check in / out was smooth as silk, as is always the case when I've stayed using this management company.
