Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
The condo was exactly as described. The rooms were spacious, and the balcony was quite large and beach facing. There was easy access to the beach and the pools. The only downside of the trip was the resort as a whole. Although there were a number of restaurants that could be accessed using the tram, they really weren’t great. When I messaged the resort asking for the closest tram pick up, they gave me one that was a half a mile away. So we walked there, just to be driven right back to our building’s pickup spot before being taken to Baytowne. The directions for check-in didn’t give an address, so do not go directly to the building. You have to go to guest services of the Sandestin, which is a couple miles away. The app is definitely lacking, so I recommend using the website. It’s difficult to find information, and most of the time I just messaged guest services. 80% of the time that information was correct, but I had to continue asking questions to get a complete response. The condo itself was great, but from now on, we will be staying in Destin for better restaurants. Sandestin it’s probably wonderful for people with small children, but I was traveling with older teenagers.
