Perfect condo right on the beach. Clean and with enough room for a family of 4 and two kids under ten. Walk to the beach was easy and fast. Property amenities were great, pool area and outdoor grill area were just what we were looking for after hours in the ocean. The bar across the street overlooking the ocean as well as the ice cream shop and restaraunt within a few minutes walk. Would def recommend.

The room was perfect for my husband and I for a week at the beach. Loved the kitchen, small but nice. Full size fridge was a bonus! The ice maker in the freezer was great we never had to buy ice and spent 7 days on the beach with a cooler loaded down each day. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Nice ceiling fans in the bedroom and den. Only two minor complaints. The back patio did not have any furniture to hang wet suits, etc on, and not many places inside to do so. We just got creative! Used the washer and dryer on site, just two doors down. Both washer and dryer worked nicely no quarters. All electronic by swiping a card, and receipt mailed to your email. The location ground level w lobby was nice. No waiting on elevators other than one floor up to the pool. Plus just steps away from the parking garage. We would most definitely rent this unit again!

We walked into our room with this view and a musty smell. I called immediately and asked if they could at least send someone to put the ceiling tile back in and no one ever came. I felt like a rat was about to jump out of there at any moment. There was apparently some sort of leak?? Also the AC vents sound like a jet taking off and would wake you each time they came on! The vents would blow and rattle the window covers- it was very annoying. We left early because we are exhausted and ready to get home to rest!
