The rental was great, had everything we needed inside. The umbrellas for the beach were both broken. You definitely want a unit with a golf cart. I do recommend this area

The location of our area was nice, and the space was good. There was loud construction next to us for 2 days, and not as loud the 3rd day. The pool was close by and very nice. It is a long walk to the ocean, so we drove to a closer parking lot. The ocean was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay but would have liked to have more large kitchen trash bags and dishwasher soap. There were plenty dishes and silverware for our family. Very nice. Misleading that we thought a golf cart was part of the rental.

Beautiful spacious home

This home is exactly as pictured. It’s beautiful and you have a perfect view of the golf course it sits on. The beach is a quick 10 minute walk, pool is about a 2 minute walk. The location is perfect as there’s so much to do in the area. One thing that needs correction are the beach chairs in an outside closet. They are molded and need to be replaced. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very nice and we love the Sandestin. Our only complaint with this unit is that they removed the door from the master bathroom and one of the bedrooms is open to the living room. If someone is taking a bath or shower in the master bathroom, it is completely open to the master bedroom also, the two twins in the upstairs loft are completely open to any noise and natural light from the living room.

Spring Break 2025

Beautiful, spacious & clean! Master bedroom mattress was a little firm for me, but my husband loved it. There are about 23 steps to the door with a couple of landings in between, just for those who may struggle with stairs. It only took us a couple minutes to drive to the Beach House to get to the beach. Beach is clean & beautiful!! Plenty of dishes, pans, & utensils. Had to buy dishwasher, laundry tablets, & trash bags because we stayed 6 nights. Loft area is great for younger kids, but is open. We really enjoyed our stay & relaxed!!

Property was very nice. The only issue was the tram -- it seems to only come when there are guests to be dropped off. We waited over an hour and it never showed. It would be nice if the unit had a golf cart.

Legal Seminar

Five of us shared the property and everything was perfect for us! Only downside was the parking! Several units had multiple guests and cars resulting in us having to park down the hill most every night. Wasn’t bad for majority of the group, however one of us had just gotten out of the hospital and having chemo so it was a little rough.

Reviewer Comments: Every thing was great inside the house except the bed wasn’t comfortable in the master bedroom it was hard and very uncomfortable didn’t get a good nights rest all 3 nights. On the outside the parking wasn’t plentiful you have 8 units but only have 7 parking spaces. Everyone was playing musical chairs parking when ever someone left for activities. On the last day building maintenance came to work on repairs at 7am in the morning unlocking the front door without acknowledgment and frightening the family saying the building manager sent them knowing check out was at 10am.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a nice, clean, & well kept condo. We had plenty of room for everyone & space to relax. Our only complaint staying here the parking availability. This unit does not come with a golf cart like all the others so we always had to take our vehicle anytime we left. If we were lucky enough to get a parking spot one day someone was always parked there when we returned. Most days we had to park down the road in the other parking spaces at the separate condos. One night we even had to go back to the entrance and ask the gate attendant where it was okay for us to park (didn’t want to get towed) because there were NO parking spaces available in any of the complex parking spaces. It was not convenient having to walk back to the condo everyday carrying all our stuff with kids, then having to walk up several flights stairs to get into the condo. Just something to take into consideration if you have little ones or mobility problems.

The accommodations were everything you could ask for, at a great price. The place was so clean and inviting. The design definitely had comfort and practicality in mind. Subtle touches here and there gave it a special kind of vibe. I really enjoyed every inch of this place. My BDay was Fabulous!
