The host was wonderful. Answering any questions promptly that we had. We would stay here again. The pool is amazing. Location is great. Only 2 suggestions I have is the pool area at night is quite dark. It needs landscape lighting. Having 5 bedrooms is very nice but almost everyone wished the mattress and bedding was more comfortable.

Wonderful family house! Well appointed with everything you need. Like the fact of plenty of dishes,glassware, and cooking utensils. The pool was excellent! Had a problem with A/C but was promptly fixed the next day before it really got hot. Property management was the best we’ve encountered through our 30 plus years of vacationing in Florida. We’ll be back!!!

This place is the best. House is nice and clean pool is awesome nothing bad at all this is the second time we have stayed here and both times it has been awesome. The people from Travel Life are great to work with and make it an awesome experience!!

Needs some sprucing up

We stayed here 2 years ago and it was better, then. Interior is great - very clean, great kitchen, plenty of room and seating. The living room sectional is functional but has seen better days. The pool is still great but the pool area really needs some attention. Umbrellas are missing or broken (very important in hot Fla sun). Tables are rusting out. Landscaping is nonexistent. Golf car is a great add-on.

Great spot to enjoy the beach!

The property description is accurate and the house has a lot of space for a large group. The heated pool is the perfect size and the golf cart makes for a quick and easy trip to many of the area beaches! Will definitely stay again!

Destin Family Vacation

Everything went fairly smooth. There were a few items for the beach and the pool. Everyone enjoyed the pool, it was really great having the tanning shelf for our little ones. They were able to play there while the bigger kids played in the deeper end. Adequate kitchen utensils for your cooking needs. Only complaint is that the bed sheets smelled mildewy like they’d been left in the washer overnight. Pool cleaner came during our stay after it stormed and cleaned the pool which was very nice. Overall great time, safe location, easy access to the beach. Will stay again!

Better than pictures

The pictures on the listing do not do this place justice! It’s very roomy and the pool is amazing. All of the beds are pretty high off the ground (except for the lower bunks), so be prepared if you’re bringing a small dog. They won’t be able to get up and down on their own, if they typically sleep in bed with you. Location is awesome. It’s the first house when entering the adorable coded entry neighborhood. That said, this makes it the furthest from the beach entrance. But, it’s still not far. About a 5-7 min walk, or 2 min drive with the golf cart! Which makes lugging your beach equipment SO much easier. All in all, this place was wonderful and would definitely recommend.

Stevens Miramar Beach Vacation

This was the nicest beach vacation house we have rented! Very clean, no bugs. All on one floor. My husband and I came with 3 grown daughters. One daughter is single, 2 are married with families. Four grandkids are from ages 12 to almost 16 years old. Eleven of us total. We had plenty of room. The house had a master bedroom in the back with a king sized bed and its own bathroom. In the big closet were some things for babies (like high chairs and pack and play) and blow up mattesses. However, the bed is quite high. It was hard for us to get in and out of it. My husband sleeps better in his overstuffed chair at home because of his back. There were 3 rooms with queen sized beds and a bunk bed room and 2 other full bathrooms. The kitchen was good. It only had 2 medium sized plastic cups. More would be better if you have small children. We had to buy ice as the ice maker in the freezer did not put out very much ice. But the refrigerator and freezer were plenty big for us. For the garbage disposal to work, you have to plug in the gray cord below the sink to the outlet above the counter to the left of the sink. Fabulous pool and pool area! Plenty of room for everyone to hang out there for outside eating or couch lounging. The golf cart has the right light burned out. It was hard to find a good place to park at the beach. As we were walking back to it, we saw a man getting into it and starting it! We yelled and he stopped. Some carts look alike and the keys must be interchangeable!

Great location

Great location and plenty of space. The pool was amazing. Some of the furniture on the patio could use some updating; missing and dirty cushions and a broken umbrella but they came and replaced that quickly. The golf cart was an amazing addition! It was the first time we rented a place that had no basics in the kitchen though. Not even salt and pepper. But the stores were quick to get to and the kitchen had plenty of space.

Very nice neighborhood and location!

The home worked just perfect for us as far as location to the beach! The golf cart was amazing and made trips to the beach a breeze or it’s only a short walk. We needed a single level home so that was great! We didn’t need all of the bedrooms but loved that 4 of the bedrooms had king size mattresses! The pool was very nice but a little warmer than our pool at home so we didn’t spend a lot of time in it. I would recommend new cookware as they were scratched up pretty bad and I was worried about cooking with the skillets so I just bought one skillet. We didn’t do a lot of cooking so that was ok. I would also recommend new towels for the bathrooms as they were getting thin and just not that comfortable to dry off with. Other than that, it was a great stay and would definitely book again!

Very nice property!! Highly recommended

We had a great time on our vacation!! The house was amazing especially the pool and back yard area. Great location, easy walk to the beach. The golf cart was a nice addition to the stay. I highly recommend this property and I would even visit again myself. We had a small issue with the pool heater and it was taken care of immediately. The property manager was spot on and very attentive. Loved every part of it!!!

Great week!

Gram & Gramps, son, wife, 3 teen daughters. Each girl had her own room. Pool was the highlight - out there almost all day, every day. Close to the beach with a designated parking area for the golf cart made that trip very doable. A few little things needed attention and the manager was prompt in responding and taking care. We would definitely come back to this spot!

Perfect Vacation Home

We had the perfect stay in this house. There was 8 of us staying there and never one time did we ever feel cramped and that is without using the bunk bed room. The pool was a big hit. We paid for heating and the kids swam in it everyday even when the weather was cooler outside. We all loved the golf cart. It made it a one minute drive to the beach and the house came with beach chairs and sand toys so we took those with us on the golf cart to take to the beach. We also enjoyed just driving around in the golf cart enjoying the fresh air. The property manager was amazing! We have stayed at multiple vacation rentals and have never had a property manager as helpful and quick responding as him. The location of this house was also perfect. Right by the dollar store if you need to get something quick, nice neighborhood, and close to the beach. We will definitely rent this again when we come back next year!

Family Beach Vacation

The house and location was great. The pool was great. We did experience a couple setbacks. The door leading to the pool was extremely hard to open. The beds were not comfortable. The gate access code to the beach that we was given did not work. The property manager did help with the gate code and he fixed the grill shortly after we arrived. He was very helpful especially since he had just had surgery and was still recovering. Also for the money we paid for the stay we thought that beach chairs would have been reserved for us. All in all we enjoyed our stay but had a few setbacks

Awesome place!

This rental was a great choice for 4 adults and a 10 year old. eveyone had their own king bed and loved it. The pool is amazing as previously mentioned. Having a working grill was a bonus! Plenty of seating for large groups. A previous review mentioned lack of cooking items for large groups and I would agree but there is a Dollar General in walking distance and other stores not too far away to buy a large pot or so. The walk to the beach was short and nice through the neighborhood. If you have a large or small group this is an awesome place.

Family Destin Trip

We had a wonderful time staying at the beach house. The pool was amazing and a big hit with everyone in our group. The rooms were all good sized and provided enough sleeping space for everyone. Kitchen area was nice but could use a little more updated pots and pans or glassware for cooking. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the house five of our seven days. We really enjoyed our time and would love to book this house again!
