Hometown Place - Solar Powered Newer Home

This newer, solar, climate controlled 3 bedroom, 2 bath house has heated tile, large open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen and fireplace for comfortable family time. The fenced back yard provides a safe, secure area for children and dogs to play. The bedrooms are large, bright and quiet at night. The covered patio area is a great place for barbecuing and relaxing on hot or rainy days. There is a wonderfully large, safe park with playgrounds and duck ponds a short walk from the house. We are located about 10 minutes from the airport and the interstate highway. Missoula has several concert venues: the Wilma, Top Hat, Kettlehouse Amphitheater,and Big Sky Brewery. Downtown hosts the local carousel and Dragon Hollow playground for the children and many parks including Caras park where there are live bands and food trucks every Wednesday at noon and Thursdays after 5 pm. Bonner park also hosts music on Wednesday evenings. Saturday farmers market, the hip strip and Brennan's wave are worth checking out. Boon and Crockett as well as the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation should definitely be on your itinerary if you fancy wild game. Snobowl ski area has lift rides and a disk golf course so you can see a unique perspective of the garden city. A hike to the "M" or "L" gets a good cardio workout. Blue Mountain and Waterworks hill are good dog friendly options. Fishing and floating the rivers are never a disappointment. An ADA ramp is available for front entry if requested.

A wonderful stay

The home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood, a nice park within walking distance. Very pet friendly with fenced back yard. Short drive to the main thoroughfare with many restaurants/stores to choose from. Very clean and kitchen well stocked with pantry items. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great family stay

This house was wonderful for our family. Great neighborhood with an easy walk to the park. While it may seem out of town, it’s a really easy drive to get anywhere. Quiet neighborhood and the AC was great for the 90+ degree week we were there!

My best friend lives in that neighborhood so it could not have been more perfect!!! The grass in the back was the best grass I’ve ever walked in and the rocking chairs out back was our go to hang out spot!

Great place, worth every cent

We stay at a lot of rentals and this one is at the top of our list for cleanliness and accuracy of the ad. Super cute home in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to bring our dog and the fenced in yard was perfect for him, beds were comfortable, and the heated bathroom floors were amazing. Highly recommend, and we would love to book again!
