I was shocked at the price of the room compared to the quality. My cross country team figured I went way over budget to get us a room at LivAway. Thankfully they have fantastic quality at a very affordable rate. The only downside I could think of was it was easy to hear people moving around outside the room. Overall, 5/5.

I was very misled and disappointed with the lack of supplies in the kitchenette, the bed, and the noise level of the other customers. Who stays in a hotel without having the room cleaned and the sheets changed for two weeks? I stay in Hotels approx 280 days a year. I have never been to hotel that advertised a kitchenette that had zero pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, coffee pot, paper towels, etc etc. I had to change hotels for the remainder of my stay in Missoula. Curious to know if the insurance I purchased covers the inconvenience?

Smelled weird and you could hear the people upstairs stomping all hours of the night. It sounded like they were playing soccer! I even turned the TV on and a little up and I still couldn’t drown out the noise! Needless to say, I had two very bad nights of sleep! I would not recommend unfortunately.

Its cool they have an entire laundromat but the downside is having to download an app, set up a payment account, and the way it bills you in $10 increments while it costs $3.50 to do a single load. So you end up being 50 cents short to do a third load and have to add another $10. So to break even and end up with $0 in the account you would have to spend $70 or do 20 loads of laundry to have no remainder.

Looked great online, which led us to book two rooms for the night. Unfortunately, the stay fell short of expectations — more of a 2-star motel experience. While the rooms were bright, spacious, and the location convenient, the kitchen lacked basic essentials like paper towels, soap, cups, and utensils. The property clearly has potential with the right improvements. Given the discrepancy between what was advertised and what we experienced, I hope management will consider a refund as a goodwill gesture.

Really liked the room. Our Maps app had a hard time finding it and giving us good directions. I think because it’s a new property and the app just hasn’t caught up. Also glad that I read the reviews to learn that the room comes with NO appliances: no toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils or hair dryer. Apparently some of these items can be purchased. Since we caught on before we left home, we were able to raid our camping supplies so we had everything we needed. Would stay again and remember to pack kitchen stuff.

At night it was very noisy all hours of the night , doors slamming , people talking loudly in the hallways . It was very hard to get a good nights sleep . Staff was very helpful in trying to keep people quiet , but it seemed that people didnt care !!!! will not stay again
