The room was OK except the shower was nasty. It had mold all in it. I showed photos to the front desk. Also, the shower door would only close about 80% closed. And, the safe locked up and would not open. Security could not open it with their passcode. We had to wait until after 11 pm for facilities to come and take the door off to get our things out of safe. They declared it dead and would need to be replaced.

Hot tub was closed. We were told it had been broke down for a few weeks. I was told when I booked this past weekend that it was the last weekend the pool and things would be opened only to find out that the bar and Grill is closed so you had to go all the way downstairs to get a drink or food. Was not as fun as it was the first time we went. The steakhouse was rude. The other restaurants were great. Our TV did not work in our room.

Our room was hot, the temperature was set to 60 degrees, but it never got cool. The tv's in our room turned themselves on at 2:30 in the morning which woke both my husband and myself. I can honestly say, this was one of the worst nights of sleep I've ever gotten in a hotel. The room was clean and check in staff were friendly, but I would not stay here again.

Very odd with a hotel that big that you have zero to very few luggage carts. I know you’re set up is weird and people do not return them, but I have never seen a hotel with that many issues. You need to buy more!
