I feel bad for those who had a bad experience here, we had a great time! The room was clean and hotel seemed to be taken care of, there were no 'pet smells' in our hotel area. We did not experience any extra charges sometimes mentioned in reviews. The area was nicer than expected, we did not walk around late though. There were some displaced people but noone bothered us. The parking lot behind the hotel didnt seem bad, we luckily did not have any issue there but I will say the Valet Parking made no sense. It was connected directly with public parking with a gate on the front, the lot was fully accessible walking through public parking on each side. We stayed Sunday and Monday night for a Concert in September so maybe its less busy but nothing was crowded anywhere. Mainly college kids walking around.

I wanted to love this hotel. The location was great. The service initially was good as well. After the first night, we asked for housekeeping to make up the room in the morning. After returning from a full day, I pulled the sheets down to get into bed and found what could only be fecal matter on the sheets. Not sure how housekeeping could have changed the bedding and not seen this. Not sure if it was animal or human. I am sure it was disgusting and I did not sleep well as a result of being completely grossed out. We went to the front desk and there was no one available to change the bedding. We were provided with clean sheets and made the bed ourselves. As it was late and there was nothing else that could be done. The hotel did nothing for us as a result of this disgusting incident. We weren’t even provided an email copy of our invoice as promised

There was a large stain on the chair. There were stains and scratches all over the bathroom. It just seemed like it needed some touching up. I have stayed here so many times and this is the first time I’ve seen this poor of conditions.

What a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean and the theming was fantastic! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. We had an excellent view of the immediate area, which has great business signs and neon to create a great vibe. The rooftop bar was a wonderful way to spend the late evening under the open sky. The location is excellent, with many unique businesses and bars/restaurants available close by. We had a beeping smoke detector, which the hotel fixed within minutes of our arrival. Overall, we cannot wait to stay here again!

Would stay here again, very very very close to the Pageant venue. Free parking behind the hotel was very easy and convenient, pot holes in the parking lot were rough back there.
