Juniper Townhouse #2

I have a few short term stays in these townhouses. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other.
You have the whole three bedroom townhouse. There is a garage, driveway, and a patio area outside the back door. If you are visiting with dogs there is a large grass lot to the east where your dog can run around a bit. If you are traveling with multiple vehicles or large vehicles, we can work out parking arrangements for those as well.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Dakota Wesleyan University. Features include a gym and laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

The unit we stayed in was very functional as it had everything. But I contacted the host the next day after our first night at the unit as I had a couple of bites that I assumed were spider bites(which can totally happen) And she was responsive and said she would look into it. We were at the unit for 3 nights four days and after the second nigh I had a couple more bites still thinking it was no big deal. But after I got home and had unpacked everything notice that I had a lot more bites. So I went to the Dr. next day as I wanted to rule out bed bugs, the Dr. treated me for bed bugs and I had to use bed bug spray in my house and took all things that had come in contact with anything from my stay to the laundry mat. I had to miss two days of work as when I was at the Dr. I noticed that I had a couple new bites and she said until no new bites appeared I should not go to work. I had numerous contact with the host and she said she had her cleaning service in there and they confirmed no bed bugs, and that since I made tha company she had to to extra stuff and pretty much said that I had brought in the bed bugs(which I did not). I also contacted the VRBO customer service and the person I talked to was very amazing and telling me how to navigate this situation. However the second representative was not helpful and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Needless to say I had asked for refund on my stay but that did not happen since I completed my stay….

This is an excellent VRBO - highly recommended. The townhouse is very clean, in excellent condition, and tastefully decorated. Location / proximity to stores/restaurants is unbeatable. We loved the ability to have a garage to park in. The overall experience is 10x better than any hotel. In fact, it was so nice that we invited friends/family over for coffee on Friday morning. We were a little nervous at first about the VRBO's listing's openness to pets...we are not pet people...but there was not a single sign of pet smell / pet hair / pet anything. The only drawback to be aware of is that (at the time of this posting), an ironing board/iron are not provided. Our hostess explained that they've had problems with guests stealing them (!!!). However, as we were in town for a wedding, this resulted in a run to WalMart to purchase an ironing board and iron...and turned the (slightly used) ironing board/iron into a wedding gift. :) Other than that, however, a great stay!

Great place, great Ice Cream, Great views

The house was wonderful. One of the cleanest that allows pets we've seen in a while. Of course there was a couple small things that I would have liked to be differnt but it wouldn't prevent me from staying again. Highly recommend seeing the Corn Palace after dark, and Milkway Ice cream shop.
