Conveniently located in downtown Moab, you are within walking distance of everything. This is a MOTEL with outdoor entrances, a nice pool area, laundry, and a fairly stocked continental breakfast.

The staff is lovely and very helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. I would have preferred different pillows but there were plenty of them. Our fridge didn't keep our leftovers from all the amazing nearby restaurants cold enough to be safely eaten. But that is my only complaint. The location is perfect. Pool and spa were great! Breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again.

Very nice stay

Only one ice maker was working. Our room was very nice. Laundry room was very clean. Coffee machine in the lobby also made espresso drinks, very nice! Breakfast was good also. Eggs, sausage, hash browns. Very convenient location, we walked everywhere.

perfect location downtown

This is a great location in downtown Moab. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping very easily. It is a little dated but clean and comfortable. It seemed pretty quiet in our room. One problem was that there are not enough plugs, none around the beds. You couldn't charge phones and keep them near the bed.

The hotel is good, but I was disappointed with our room, specifically the "balcony" area. I paid more for this room, assuming that it was a real outside balcony, but what is true is that the room faces the main street and has no option for an open balcony. The breakfast was okay —nothing special, and the pancake machine was broken. Besides that, the room was clean, the location was perfect, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good and there were lots of tables inside and outside overlooking the downtown area. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The pool area was very nice and a great way to end the day.
