Great location for access to attractions. Clean and spacious bedrooms. Appreciated use of the garage and having a hose to clean off dirty bikes! Single story house and gated patio was great for toddler to run around without safety concerns. Patio was well-equipped with a table, umbrella and chair cushions. Very thoughtful hosts. Only suggestions for improvement would be to stock the kitchen with better cooking utensils and to replace the dryer (it was extremely loud) so we hang-dried our clothes on the patio hang-line as much as possible. Otherwise, would love to return. Thanks for a great time!
This place holds a lot of promise, but it needs some attention. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and old (think springs digging in), one of the blankets had a lot of stains, the hot water took a significant time to kick on, the TVs are from the early 2000s, outlets/charging stations are missing by the bed, and the outside doorknob felt like it would fall off if someone pulled too hard. The kitchen is nicely laid out and well stocked, thereâs a full washer/dryer setup, and the location was very convenient.
More than met our needs. We were able to park our side by side our truck and bikes in the garage. The trailer had plenty of room on the street. The house was well decorated and nicely done. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. The prepackaged toiletries and kitchen supplies was a very nice touch. It was nice to have access to the pool as it was a hot week during our stay. The laundry was much needed after several days on the river and trails. The supply of local coffee beans and grinder was perfect for our morning coffee on the patio. The views from inside and out are amazing. The app was very helpful and easy to use for information and checking out. Moab is a unique and beautiful place!
Your home was lovely and had plenty of beds for tired old mountain bikers who adventure rode in Moab then slept like babies in your home! See you next year!
Pros: Loved the location! The decor was nice. Communication with property management was superior! The outdoor space was great! The bbq was a nice bonus. The kitchen was very well stocked too! Love that you could connect your phone to the soundbar for music! Cons: This place could use some updating. TVâs were outdated and a bit difficult to figure out. Too many remotes for each TV. Bedding smelled like dust. And the whole house smelled musty. The pillows and beds were uncomfortable. We only used one bedroom, but had to try pillows from all the beds and still didnât find a good one. Things that could be easily fixed and would make this place perfection!
We did hikes in both Moab and Canyonlands. This was a nice place to stay for both. A little bit of a drive to Canyonlands, but worth it for the food options available in Moab compared to other towns around it. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was not open, which was disappointing for my son, but we still had fun.
Nice comfortable base station for our Moab off road adventures!
Overall we had a great stay! We really liked there was parking to accommodate our truck, Jeep and trailer. The Property location was close to town, clean, comfortable and quite.
Only âissuesâ we encountered is we noticed the hot water did not work in the kitchen and bathroom faucets but it did work in the shower for 10-15 minutes. (Not a big deal)
Also, we wanted to use the vacuum clean up little bit but the vacuum filter was clogged up with dirt.
Side note. There is a larger cactus plant you pass before you enter in the the main gate to the patio that can be kinda dangerous. I rubbed it against my leg when carrying our bags in and got me good! Could potentially be bad for kids and or pets, but we understand itâs decorative.
We had a great stay and would definitely come back to stay again!
Thank you!
