Pros: Pet-friendly, AC, clean where it counts (just cob webs and gross dust stuff on ceiling), very fresh smelling sheets, good proximity to great hiking trails. Was easy to add another day to our stay. USB ports by couch (good b/c bedroom ones broken), and nice to have own private fenced in backyard area. Cons: Check out time is different online and in person. No communication back from owner on Vrbo. They weren't ready for me at check in and they didn't have the information I already gave them on Vrbo. Had a poop bag holder in the unit, but it was empty so that was kind of pointless. NO screens on windows so couldn't enjoy the mountain fresh air, plus had to use the AC even when it was 40 degrees outside because it was so stuffy inside. The door doesn't really seal shut and with the crazy wind it was howling and blowing light things around. USB charge ports on nightstand were broken and unusable. No cabin specific check-out information online or on handouts, or verbally given in person (what to do with sheets, towels, dishes)- so we left the dishes drying (there weren't enough washable kitchen towels). The grill was kind of broken. It was kind of cramped if you tried using the stools by the kitchen area, thus making it hard for anyone to go by you to use the bathroom or go to the sleeping area.
The cabin was just as listed- and the property staff were super friendly. We arrived an hour before check in after a long day of travel and were allowed to go to our cabin early, and it was only a quick drive to tow, Arches, and all the activities we had planned :-)
Lovely cabin with AC/heat, clean bedding, private outdoor space. Stayed here last year and again this year and will definitely keep this location in mind for next year
The RV park is at a good distance from both Arches and Canyonlands National Park and Manti-La Sal National Forest. It's a perfect area, giving a pleasant cabin feeling. Is decently stuffed and value for price in the area
Nice cabin. Very clean. Clean property as well!! Only real "issue" is the proximity to the highway so its quite loud and feels a bit close for my liking. But overall, its clean and the place was great to stay in.
The inside of this small cottage was clean and nicely decorated, however, the location is well outside of the town of Moab - almost a 20 min. drive! Cottage is located literally next to a highway! Noise from large trailers was constant.
Cozy little cabin with everything we needed for a short stay. We struggled just a bit with slow wifi and the current construction outside during the day, but overall this is a quiet place in a convenient location. The small, fenced backyard was a nice bonus.
We stayed at the Juniper cabin which was comfortable. Very close to US191. Very close and had road noise. Backyard was not well maintained and either dogs or geese had visited it and left their droppings. Very poor WiFi and limite cell service kind of like a black hole.
We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and the place was well stocked. We did laundry while we were here which was inexpensive and convenient. There is also a nice little fenced in area in the back.
Good value. Clean and well equipped. Very close to busy freeway so probably not good for light sleepers. Very comfortable bed with high quality bedding and nice toiletries. Plenty of hot water, free WiFi (but itâs very slow). Friendly host.
This was a good location for a Moab trip. Even though the place is small, it had a lot of nice and thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. The kitchenette was perfect size for a vacation. The only downside is itâs really close to a busy road and some updates and repairs are needed.
But the beds were comfortable and we loved the fenced in yard for our dog.
Great little cabin. Clean, and sufficiently equipped. The little porch with storage out back is very nice. Stones throw from highway, so you will notice the big trucks driving by. I wish the owners of this (and many other rentals I've enjoyed) would ditch the single use plastic coffee pods and provide at least a real coffee maker and filters. Sad to see more plastic garbage for each and every cup of coffee.
