Quaint Home In Town With Rural Feel!

Welcome to Desert Blue

This home is for 4 guests or less. It is not able to accommodate large trailers as it is on a narrow access road and a dead end. It would be difficult to turn around.

Our remodeled home is in the heart of Moab but feels a world away. The house is situated down a dirt lane which turns into a private road with very little traffic. It is quiet and peaceful with a truly rural feel. Our location is ideal! It is easy walking distance to main street; the recreation center with pool and fitness center; paved bike path and many other conveniences of town.

This older home has been remodeled. We have custom cabinets, granite counter tops, beautiful hard wood floor through out and new kitchen appliances. We have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with walk in showers. The large bedroom has a king size memory foam bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is very small. The furnishings are uniquely rustic and eclectic with a luxurious at home feel.

Enjoy sitting or eating on the back patio in the large newly landscaped yard. We have a BBQ grill on the patio and also other seating areas around the property for you to relax and enjoy the surrounding red rock views. This lot is very private!

Going to town? No need to deal with parking when visiting main street. We have plenty of parking.

This is a great place to unwind after all your Moab adventures. .... come, put up your feet and enjoy!

This was a fantastic home for 4 guests. It is nicely appointed, comfortable beds, plush towels, host with fast communication for any inquiries. Pictures are as it is. The space provides a comfortable setting to enjoy both inside and outside. Heat and AC work very fast, yes we needed to use both during our stay, colder weather to warm!We were 2 couples and really enjoyed the lovely backyard with comfortable seating, a table to dine at. Beautiful plantings and a bonus of a hummingbird nest under the covered roof whom we got to watch flit in and out! We spent a lot of time outside as our weather was nice while there Inside we played card games around the large table every night The house is stocked with essentials you might need , while we didn't cook meals, we had breakfast every morning, snacks and cocktails in the evening. Spent the day exploring Moab's wondrous sites of national parks etc. Don't miss the La Sal mountain loop, better than we expected. It is within 5-10 mins walk of downtown to any spots for dining or shopping so location was perfect. Quiet dirt road so away from any noise and night sky/stars and canyon views were great. Andrea is a great host with quick communication. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends or family. It was a perfect choice in Moab!!

Houses this close to town usually cost twice this price, so any small complaints about this place are outweighed by having a whole house and yard to yourself The location is quiet and peaceful, our grandson would ride his bike out front and there was no traffic to watch out for. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, and we were able to have a few meals at the inside and outside tables. Plenty of laundry soap, pods, luxury towels. Lots of places to be outside. Huge area for parking. I am very impressed with this place, after renting dozens of vacation rentals here in Moab. Highly recommend!

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Comfortable clean rooms and baths. The location could not have been better for walkable access to everything Moab central - cafes, shops, restaurants. Great parking too! If I had a toy trailer or travel trailer this property easily would work. We will try to be back for another stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return to this relaxing home!!!

House was perfectly located, very private with a great fenced area in the back yard. Both the heat and AC worked well, shower water pressure was great and plenty hot. Beds were comfortable. House is extremely well outfitted for those who want to cook but the delicious food court is only a 5 minute walk, everyone loved the food choices there. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is a definite gem! Nestled back off of main street, you are walking distance to everything downtown. The house was very clean and well stocked. We used the very well appointed kitchen to make meals and scones. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked.The decor inside the house is intentional and flows throughout. We enjoyed the big kitchen table to play games. The living room and the furnishings are comfy & cozy. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor furniture too and enjoyed both sun and shade. Thank you so much for sharing your oasis!

The house was very well stocked for guests. Very homey and comfortable. The entry was easy and the instructions were complete. Everything was in working order and easy to use. our host Andrea was very responsive. If I would send her a message she would text me and email me right away. The fridge was stocked with perfect basic condiment. We had everything we needed in terms of plenty of towels, laundry soap, shampoo all the essentials were there. Everything we needed for the kitchen we liked the location. It was very central. We could walk to all the restaurants nearby yet it was tucked away in a very private quiet location. We found the three bedroom two bath to just be ideal for three friends getting together for a reunion. It was super close to the national park. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Mother daughter trip

We were so happy with our stay. We felt safe and the place was spotless. The only problem we had was a huge party next door that lasted until 11-12pm. We think it was the Moab theater and the dubstep like bass was off the charts and shook the windows. Many of the people at the party/show wandered into our driveway and got close to our vehicle. Other than that happening one night, everything was perfect and we had the best time
