The hotel rooms seemed musty. Building obviously older but clean. The layout was very inconvenient. Having to go through the lobby to get to the pool area.

I rarely do reviews and those that I have done, i don't remember giving a poor one. I planned a fun quick getaway with my family to moab. The reviews seemed great so I went for it and I was so disappointed. I truly don't understand how people have been reviewing so highly. We had to have a lesson on running the shower because it didn't work right, and it didn't drain properly. The toilet clogged almost every time it was used. The room had a lot of rust, and just an overall cringe feel from not being kept up. That's not a complaint on the staff, that's the hotel chain for not keeping up on painting, replacing old and rusty items to make it look nice. The sheet pad moved and I saw blood (and not just a little) on the mattress below the head area where the pillow would be. I felt yucky the entire time i was there. Unless they update, clean up this area, I would not recommend nor stay there again. There are plenty of other options in Moab that wouldn't make you feel gross while you were there. We had a great trip. The only thing wrong was the quality of the hotel we stayed at. Once again, not blaming staff. They were understaffed, however. The one guy was running around trying to help everyone because he was the only one there. Looked like they only have 1 person working at any given time. Kids did like the pool, but hot tub was also down 2 days to be fixed, which was to be expected at that point. They just need to invest some money in fixing it up.

Room was OK but room could use some attention. Desk lamp burned out, Kleenex box empty after one pull, shower hot water much cooler than sink water, shower curtain could be longer as bathroom floor and mat got soaking wet. TV had no "guide" so you just flipped through the channels not knowing what would come up. General downtown area within walking distance a disappointment. Food not great and shops pretty much carried the same souvenirs and clothes. Actually left a day early due to boredom after seeing the two National Parks. Certainly an OK place to sleep, front Desk staff nice.

Normally dont qritw reviews, but we had a very unpleasant experience with the night staff. The guy was extremely rude and yelled at us. I was double charged and waiting dor thqt to be fixed. The pool was ok. I dont know if the hot tub has heating issues but there was a hose putting cold water into the hot tub one day. One of our kids ate eggs that they had for breakfast and got sick from them and was puking. Room seemed really nice but the bathroom had what looked like blood stains or possible just rust all over. For as much as we paid for two rooms for 3 nights we were disappointed.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly an very helpful when asking about stuff to do around there. Would definitely recommend staying there. Very clean place.

Pool is not clean and not maintained. Pool has heavy black smudges all ovef the numbers for depth, fkoating bugs and floating hair in the pool. Pool floor has not bedn cleaned, feels like walking on thd beach. Rooms have outlet issues and lights not working. Upon reporting the issue too staff they were disrespectful. Do not stay here!

Just ok.

Dated hotel mattress not comfortable. Show head have worked or not enough water pressure. Second floor ice machine out of order and for a long time. Line checking in was three deep and only one person. Not sure he really worked there was in t-shirt and jeans no name tag. Walls are thin could hear TV and baby next door. Parking lot was dark. Room was clean and cool.

The guy at the front desk great, the rooms are large and in good condition. Not right downtown but still a good location. Hot tub didn't work and was closed. The gym didn't appear to be open early.
