A suggestion - your note asked us to bring rubbish downstairs. All good, but please provide a better quality bin liner with handles as the plastic liner bag split on the second top step!! Two bottles smashed as they fell out through the stairs onto the concrete below. Oh what a mess!! Staff were lovely in helping to clean up the awful mess.

Could do with more heating for Winter.

Check in was good, friendly reception. 2BR unit was up a flight of long stairs, didn't pick that up until arrival, managed luggage okay. Private parking under apartment. Bathroom was off 1 BR with second entry off hall. No privacy set/door locks though. Separate toilet to bathroom was good. Large kitchen, dining and living area but split system a/c heating struggled to warm place. No bedroom heating which made rooms cold. Electric blankets I believe but no leads to plug in. Lots of blankets and doonah though. Power points were set into wall making some usb chargers unusable. I suggest bring a power board and small heater in winter. Water pressure not as strong as I like but manageable. 2BR back from highway so nice and quiet. Overall, comfortable enough for 2 night stay, be better in Summer most likely. Good for the price.

.We booked for two nights. Came back after first day away to find bed unmade Also sign said in bathroom if u require clean towels in the shower which we did Weren’t very happy Managers came with clean towels & was apolgetic. Also the tea towel in the the kitchen was dirty & very thin couldn’t dry any dishes r towels & apoligsed
