The staff were courteous for the most part, both day n night shifts. The breakfast wasnt that fresh, coffee didnt taste great, and in the designated smoking area in the back of the property there was one complete cigarette urn only, but there was two broken ones overstuffed to the top ! And there were many maids, but my maid that cleaned my room did not honor my request when i told here to sweep, and mop around the eating area. That upset me! But she couldnt speak english so if i complained she couldnt understand anyway. So thats that. Ty for asking me to complete a review.

Willie was incredible! My confirmation showed the correct dates (checking in 1/6 and checking out 1/7) but Holiday Inn Express had us arriving 1/7 and leaving 1/8. Gratefully Willie got us in a room and we are all set.
