I really wanted to like this hotel because the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself left a lot to be desired. The room was dirty and dusty, and it was clear that it needed a deep cleaning. It seemed like the housekeeping staff had neglected regular upkeep — there was dust on surfaces, dirty baseboards, doors and fixtures that hadn’t been wiped down in a while, and furniture that was both dirty and torn. The pull-out bed was also unclean, and the bathroom had a used, empty toilet paper roll left behind. It was also odd that the ice bucket and cups were placed in the bathroom. The continental breakfast did include some meat options, but unfortunately, the food lacked flavor and wasn’t very enjoyable. I also noticed that many out-of-town workers stay at this hotel, which gives it more of a long-term or temporary lodging feel rather than a traditional hotel experience. Overall, the staff’s kindness was the best part of my stay, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall atmosphere of the hotel need significant improvement before I would consider staying here again.

The room was a bit smelly and I saw a medium sized roach in the bathroom. When I got to the room I noticed skid marks in the toilet like someone had just taken a dump. There was dust on the bottom shelf of the nightstand. However, the front desk was very helpful and polite.

This was absolutely the worst by far place I’ve ever stayed in my entire life and I travel on a regular basis. I was traveling with my minor child, the room was disgusting, it’s “pet friendly” but be ready for a massive fee of $50 upon arrival they don’t mention. Room was dirty, shower was broken, flooded.. chipped furniture and the worst beds. I had driven 12 hours just to get zero rest and spent twice as much as originally planned. Absolutely worst experience.
