Casa Anita is all about the amazing views. It is out of this world and is the perfect private getaway, overlooking Mojacar Playa, 5 minutes walk from the beach, with panoramic sea views all around and from every room. You feel like you are floating in the sky! It is quiet, romantic, completely private and totally unique. Everyone falls in love with its rustic Spanish charm, the wraparound panoramic sea views and gorgeous flower terraces. It really feels like a secret place, extra special and there is no other place like it.

Casa Anita has the benefit of being right in the heart of Mojacar, within 7 minutes downhill walk to the beach and Tito’s beach bar. It also has the feeling of being completely private because of the discreet, well lit entrance which unfolds into a terraced walk way, filling you with excitement the moment you arrive. In fact, you can see the sea from everywhere inside and outside Casa Sol, and from its many private terraces.

Casa Anita has 3 of its own large terraces with panoramic sea views, seating, trees, flowers and large BBQ area. It is magical.

The villa is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including memory foam mattresses and high quality bed linen, to ensure a comfortable nights sleep.

Although Casa Anita does not have a pool it is very close to the sea, which is right in front of you and can be reached via a short 7 minute downhill stroll.

The reason why you get those amazing views is because Casa Anita located on a hillside - those one in a million panoramic views is the reward for this! There are steep drops around the villa, which is why we do not recommend it for children.

A very nice place to stay with everything you need except the tap water is not drinking water which would have been helpful to know in advance. A really good destination and helpful property manager.

Beautiful house

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house with incredible views and short walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was huge and the house was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be visiting again.
