Decided to end my 2 weeks trip at a 5 star hotel thinking it would be the highlight of the trip instead it was bad from start to finish. Considering I’m paying over 600$ cad a night for a room I expect to get the room I paid for but I was told at check in they had over booked my room and put me in a room with 2 queen beds. Fine I let that go but at the end of the stay my final bill was messed up entirely which resulted in me having to go to the front desk to get it sorted luckily I got a competent clerk Louisa to help me sort out all the billing issues. Regardless I shouldn’t have had these issues. Left a bad taste in my mouth and will not be returning to this resort.

Our family's 4-night stay started poorly, but it ended up being a great holiday We arrived at 9 pm, but reception had no record of our booking. We were given a cheaper room (not what we had booked) and promised a move to our correct room "first thing" after breakfast That evening, we were told the restaurant for our inclusive dinner was closed, so we had to pay for room service. A booklet in the room later showed the restaurant was actually open until 10 pm The next day after breakfast, we were advised that it wouldn't be immediately and were asked to stay in the room till 11 am, packed and ready. At 12 pm, I called reception, only to be told that rooms are only available from 3 pm. We felt it was not their problem and we had to deal with it ourselves. I asked to speak to a manager, Josh, which changed everything. He listened, apologised, and had us in our correct room in 15 minutes, also providing a hotel credit for the trouble From that moment on, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, facilities are in great condition, and all other staff were friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay In summary, the hotel is wonderful, but the front desk processes fail under pressure. If you have a smooth experience, you will love it. If not, speak directly to a manager

Great staff

Friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them There was a very noisy group in the next door apartment one night and on our complaint they relocated/ upgraded us to a beach front Bure. We expressed our appreciation to them and would recommend them to anyone looking forward to a relaxing break.

Tropical!!!! We had a Villa King Bed Bure which is a single unit They only have 4 of these Villa units which are located on the inside of the Lagoon The other beachfront units are like a duplex and shared by separate guests Your own private beach ❤️ The view is overlooking the overwater bungalows.. Everybody is super friendly here and very accommodating. We purchased the premium all-inclusive meal and drink package, which is $200 a day per person I would not purchase that package again as we spend $2400 for 2 people Food and drink prices are so reasonable. It would’ve cost us less just paying for it We had an amazing time!!

Upgrading to the villas is well worth it. Quiet and fairly private - away from kids pool and music, beautiful location, very nice rooms. Many gluten and dairy free options for meals, and the Fish Bar is a great date night option. We enjoyed swimming in the lagoon and chilling with drinks in a cabana next to the adults only pool.

We love the rooms, and resort overall. We had the catch of the day at the Fish restaurant and it was terrible, although view and sunset from there is beautiful. Kids club is great, except they put the TV on too much for the kids … so watch out for that
